Excellent case

This is an excellent case for the new Sony Hi Res Walkmans. Before I got the case, my player was accumulating pocket lint and dust and small scratches. This case protects the player very well. There are a few things I don’t like however. I removed the carabiner immediately and will be replacing it with a different clip. The carabiner feels cheap and I’d rather have something that holds the player secure rather than bouncing around. There is also the issue with the flap getting in the way when you’re using the screen. I’ve solved this by using the clasp to hold the flap behind the player while using. I’m sure over time the material will be more flexible and the issue will go away. Overall excellent case. I was worried that for the price the the case would disappoint but the materials and construction are the perfect compliment to the player.

The ease of use in loading and playing music is what I love most.

Great product. Easy to use, which I love the most. I had to purchase a new set of ear buds, they would fall out while while working in the yard. Got a set with ear hooks on them. The sound is fine for me considering I’m not young and my job had me working near loud machines. Its smaller than I thought it would be, a plus. With the case I bought with it makes it easy to pause the music during interruptions. Just tap on the case near the pause button. I also do this by accident at times.

A nice snug fit

This flip case cover is sturdily built and definitely protects my mp3 player. A nice snug fit. Only thing the carabiner was slightly bulky but this can be remedied using a smaller one. Great color and it matches my mp3 player. I like that it’s compact and can be easily concealed.

Top marks, for quality and reasonable price

Good job I trusted my gut feeling about this excellent product. Had the reviews of some I read before ordering put me off it I should now be trying to use other, imperfect means of protecting my investment in a Sony NWA26HNPM 32GB Hi-Res Walkman (yes, it is suitable for this model, though the description for it doesn’t say so). To repeat my headline: top marks, for quality and reasonable price.One reviewer had trouble with the magnetic closure impinging the four-way controller with the cover in the open position, while another found the screen protector “useless”. Yet another found that pressure on the sturdy cover had been interfering with the setting while listening. Well, after two months of their combined usage, I have found none of these have applied to my pairing of these two fine products. Perhaps they were unlucky. As for the screen-protecting film, as with anything – or anyone – delicate, it needs careful, but normal, handling.

Nice case

Got this for my mp3 player after I realized that I had spent $300 on something that looked about as tough as as the President’s ego. I really like the case and would recommend it for anyone who purchases this mp3 player, with one caveat. The strap that holds the top shut covers the adapter port. Since this thing is used in my truck 90% of the time, this means that it doesn’t really shut unless I unplug it. I figure this is okay, since in the truck it is in the console and in there it’s pretty safe. When I am out walking with it, the case functions more properly. It’s certainly better than the black rubber one that I bought that doesn’t cover the face of the unit.

This case is fantastic!

I’m so glad I decided to purchase this case for my Sony Walkman. I can’t imagine lugging my Walkman around without it. It does a great job protecting the device and looks great in the process. I particularly enjoy the inclusion of a small carabiner which allows you to easily connect the case to a backpack, belt loop, etc. It makes it easy to attach somewhere while on the go and listening to your music. I absolutely recommend this case for those of you out there looking for a way to protect your Walkman. Certainly worth the additional purchase.

Perfect for my Sony player

This is my second flip cover of this model - I’m still using the first one and like it enough to get a second one to hold in reserve. It likely will be a long time before I need a replacement for the first but I do anticipate that my Sony will last a long time. Hope so. Anyway the flip cover is a perfect fit. Snug, well made, perfect for my player. My first cover shows no wear after 1 year of use, about 2-3 times a week with a dozen or so open/closes each time.
