Works great, would recommend.

The form factor is nice (not too bulky) and it works brilliantly. Converts movies being played on an iPhone through the apple HDMI-adapter, and pipes them into the composite inputs in the rear-seat entertainment center of my car. No separate power cord needed, and the resulting image is just fine, both in color and clarity. There are noticeable pixelation artifacts in my setup, but I think that is the result of a old low-res LCD screen that came in my 2008 car (before super-high resolution screens were common in everything) rather than a lack of quality in the converter. I’d recommend this to anyone that is stuck with RCA inputs.

It works!

I have an old school Mitsubishi HDTV with one input which is used for my cable box. I would upgrade, but it’s a 65 inch HDTV that I got for free, plus it’s massive. I bought an Amazon Fire stick and an inferior cheap adapter that ended up displaying in black and white. So, after returning that I bought this one and it worked perfectly, plug and play!

Turned in my Comcast cable box by my treadmill. Replaced it with an old Apple TV and ran this MediaLinx to an old Sony tv with rca inputs for sound and audio. Works perfect. Now I can mirror my iphone or ipad on the Sony tv, watching tv or playing my dvr or playing Apple tv while using the treadmill. Saving me $10 per month fee from Comcast. A great buy esp. if you have an old Apple tv and a good old tube tv around with rca inputs.

Perfect to convert an HDMI signal to RCA video and Audio. I installed this on my car stereo, and now can mirror my iPhone screen on the double din radio display

Glitchy video and no audio

Doesn’t seem to work very well with our media player nor Android tablets … the video signal looks OK except there’s a visible glitch in the display every second or so where everything goes out of whack. AND there is no audio which pretty much kills it.Tried plugging in to both our Honda DVD player, and the LG TV in the hotel with exact same results :(.

So far so good. Very simple install without needing to be plugged into a power source.

Works well for me now. I have it in a 2010 truck with a Pioneer 7” head unit. The video quality seems fine so far.FYI, once you connect this make sure you turn in the AV option in your head unit, apparently mine was turned off from the factory and I initially gave this product a bad review.

So the hdmi connections on my tv didn’t work anymore, at all. It’s a big tv, the warranty is out on it and I can’t afford another big screen right now. So I decided to try this adapter. It actually works! I hook up my laptop and even my fire stick to it to watch movies. Picture is not very good, high quality but it does the job for now until I can afford a new tv.

Do not waste your money

Do not waste your money. This product is horrible and the display comes out grainy and not clear. I tried to use it to connect my chromecast to my car dash screen. Picture quality is horrible.

Black and White–Stretched ratio.

Aspect ratio is stretched and cut off. There is no color–only Black and White. Don’t waste your money.
