Metal rods not included

Please note, the rods do not come with this product. Previous reviews stated they did, but apparently that has changed.5-28-16 Update: I was contacted directly by Kettler (yes, they contacted me). They first emailed, asking for the model number of my table and my contact information. Once I provided, they called me the next day. They shipped me the rods and tension tabs immediately, without me even asking. It’s rare to find this level of customer service from a company, so I had to update this review. Kettler is definitely a step above. I would give more than 5 stars if possible.READ MORE

Good catcher of balls but has some issues. (Nothing serious.)

Nice product. However, the method of securing the side nets is not good. There should be perhaps small hooks to attach the elastic to, at the top and bottom of the main net frame. I did attach it using the small clip at the top back but had to tie the bottom where the main support poles join. By doing this and doing so inside the main net, the balls are captured much better. I also found that trying to push the retainer connector back into the hole to allow for easy folding of the main net is next to impossible due to tension on the supports when assembled with the net. If you put the assembly on the ground then it can be done but to do so while the assembly is on the table, forget it. All in all though, I like this net.READ MORE

The package states “Tension Adjuster Tabs Included”. They are not included, beware.

Great replacement net for the Kettler Ping Pong Table.

We needed a replacement net for our Kettler ping pong table and this net fit our table perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Disappointed about the lack of attention to detail

The order came on time. It is missing the tensioner adjuster tabs which is supposed to come with the product. Disappointed about the lack of attention to detail .

I received the item in a timely manner but it said it came withbtension tabs and they were not in the package. I thing those plastic pieces should be in lauded for a $18 item!
