Great tool!

I like it a lot! Saves me so much time. The dough turns out nice and fluffy, much better than with the regular beater. Best part is, I don’t have to scrape the bowl anymore.

Perfect for home bakers

Favorite purchase of last holiday baking season. SO much easier to scrape dough out of and easier to wash. Lighter weight than the clunky original paddle- might not hold up for as many years but I don’t use my stand mixer daily or for commercial purposes so it will probably last me a good long while.

Pretty good but doesn’t fully scrape the bowl. Ingredients at the very bottom of the bowl doesn’t get mixed in well.

My Kitchen Aid Mixer

I received my mixer a short time ago so I haven’t used it often enough to make a fair accessment. However, I did make bread twice and it turned out beautifully.

Close but Not Perfect

The Flex Edge Beater works better than the standard beater for getting close to the mixing bowl’s edges but still does not cover the whole edge or the bottom of the mixing bowl.

NOT a Happy Camper…

UGGG, I was so hopeful that this was the answer to the breakage problem with the typical 6 quart scraper beater. This one is metal with only one side offering the scraper blade.
