DO NOT BUY THIS DVD PLAYER IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE IT FOR STREAMING!

It is nice when it works. I use it for streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime. That’s why I bought this DVD player (because it had both of those apps) and it is constantly freezing and no its not my internet connection. I have Verizon 5050 internet and this is 5 feet away from the Fios Quantum Gateway router. I am constantly having to unplug it and plug it back in. DO NOT BUY THIS DVD PLAYER IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE IT FOR STREAMING!

One of the few 12VDC players out there

My rating is somewhat reflective of the fact that this is a 12VDC player and that is uncommon; most small electronics that aren’t USB powered run at 19 volts. I wanted this for our off-grid cabin where we only run 12 volt solar/battery DC and did not want to have to step up voltage, but it could also be used on an RV or boat - very low power consumption. I built an automotive-style power cable by cannibalizing a Hosa ACD-477 Universal Power Adaptor I already had for a matching tip, and a Roadpro 12V Fused Replacement Cigarette Lighter Plug with Leads for the plug with a spot of wire between. I could have sacrificed the power adapter that came with it, but wanted to preserve that in case we brought it home in the future. Using a long HDMI cable, we have this connected to a AAXA P300 Pico/Micro LED Projector with 60 Minute Battery Life, WXGA 1280x800 Resolution, 400 Lumens, HDMI, Mini-VGA, 20,000 Hour LED Life, Media Player, which is a projector that also runs at 12 volts. So far so good. Because the projector is mounted overhead, we wanted to use the USB port on this to load media and movies. We found that movies ripped to 1280x800 with 2 channel stereo at 44kHz sample rate play fine. We also tested out Netflix - we use a phone based hotspot in an cradle amplifier for internet - and in our 10 minute test it worked perfectly, even given our limited bandwidth. Overall we are quite happy. If I was buying this for home I might choose a player that had component video out, optical audio out, or analog audio out as secondary - this is HDMI only - but for our purposes this is fine.

Almost Perfect.

Plays Blu Rays/DVD’s/CD’s great, Love the menu, super easy to use. I got it for my non-smart TV, so I could watch MLB TV. Works great. USB port in the front makes it easy to watch movies from a flash drive. Also hooked up the camera to it to look at photos on the tv, Worked great. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is Netflix will freeze during playback and the player will become non-responsive. You have to unplug it (which can be tricky depending on your setup) and plug it back in and reboot Netflix. Most of the time that does the trick. Pretty annoying.

I don’t know how good this product is

I don’t know how good this product is, since the piece Warehouse Deals Inc. sent us never worked!!! Don’t understand how a DVD player that’s only job is to play DVDs failed to do even that! Speaks volumes about Warehouse Deals’ “spectacular” testing process!! And it’s not the first time Warehouse Deals Inc. has failed to provide a good product.. will be wary from now on before buying anything from them.

… BP350 Blu-Ray worked about 2 or 3 days just fine. Then started having problems with it

The ‘FIRST’ LG Player BP350 Blu-Ray worked about 2 or 3 days just fine. Then started having problems with it. Called Amazon, decided to try another LG Player BP350 Blu-Ray. This new player did not last 2 Days. They would just lock up. Have to reset the power going to the device. We went with a’ ROKU’ for streaming. Have a Blu-Ray player already.

Worst purchase!

This player is one of the worst I’ve ever purchased! It’s a waste of money. It works great when it’s working but 95% of the time it doesn’t work properly. It is constantly saying there is an internet issue when there isn’t! Even with a DVD in, it interrupts the movie to say there’s no internet connection. It really sucks for streaming! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!

Mediocre product (IMHO)

Average performance when compared to ratings of other Blu-ray players. I’ve bought 3 of these over the past year (mostly because of price). They are all still functioning adequately, but all 3 seem to have the same issue, i.e. with the quality of the remote. Range and reliability (in terms of pushing a button and something happening) are disappointing. I’m uncertain whether I’d by this product again, rather than trying to find a BluRay player with better remote.

I did not realize that LG has stopped supporting BlueRay access to Amazon Prime. what a bummer

Awesome!!!

It’s great!!! DVD’s are wicked good thur this thing… easy peasy…

A very good product for a reasonable price.

Came in perfect condition and works well.

DON’T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!

DON’T BUY THIS CRAP EVER, EVER, EVER!!! Shame on you LG, piece of crap that wasted SO much of my time.

Hate This Player

I hate this product. I bought it because I have a lg television and wanted the components to match but it is terrible. Have had it for probably about a year now.

Model BP350 not for MLB.tv

LG Model BP350 is NOT supported by MLB.tv. Grrrrrr.

Waste of money.

Junk. Within a week of owning it, every time we would put a disk in we would get the white screen of death.

Good things come in Small Packages

It’s. Blu-Ray DVD Player with a Wifi connection. It is small and compact, and setup is as easy as plugging it in and turning it on.

Five Stars

works great!

I am happy with the product

I am happy with the product. Was expected. Thank you

It’s Not The Product, It’s Your Mbps…

Great Blu-ray player. I have had no issues at all. Compact and quiet. I would suggest with the people complaining about streaming issues, its probably your internet speed.
