Bad Bad Bad

Horrible! If there was a 0 star option this appliance would get it! I had to defrost it once a month at first. Now it doesn’t cool. It is within warranty, but I challenge you to interact with their customer service line. It seems that there agents are paid to NOT provide service. If you are considering buying this - first of all I feel sorry for you. Second, call the customer service line 800 243-0000 and decide for yourself whether you would want to put yourself through that if your unit has a problem - and it will!
