Lifetime tioga 120 kayak - the 120” adult kayak has a 275 lb. Weight capacity and comes in Lime green. This 90643 is a “sit-on-top” (sot) kayak and comes with a seat back, front and rear shock cords, one 6” storage hatch in the rear, a paddle cradle with shock cord and front and rear t-handles. Comes with in a 2-pack with two kayak paddles (1066285) and a 5-year limited warranty. The lifetime tioga 120 kayak is a “sit-on-top” kayak that has a comfortable backrest for your long paddling adventures. Designed for extreme safety and stability, the tioga has a stable flat bottom with deep tracking channels and stability chine rails. The kayak is constructed of blow-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) making it durable, UV-protected, and impact resistant. The lightweight, 50 pound design and front and rear carry handles make it easy to transport to and from the waterfront. With shock cord straps, multiple footrest positions, and a 6” rear compartment, this kayak has plenty of “extras” to enhance your paddling experience.

Good Quality for the Price

I waited until we actually got these on the water to review so I could provide some useful feedback. We tested a dozen boats before we purchased and are very happy with these.-These boats have a fairly low center of gravity for the style of on tops that they are. Tipping this boat will require actual effort. I know because I tried.-They come with only a rear dry well with no bag so a dry bag is a must unless you want your stuff sliding around all the time. Just in front of the cup holder is a spot for an additional dry well hatch to be added, which I already have done. Please note that any modifications to the hull Void the warranty.-The chair back is easily adjusted and comfortable. The seat is hard plastic and I recommend buying a cushion. I used one that has adhesive on the back and was very pleased with the ride.-I added a GoPro surfing mount and it has adhered to the polyethylene hull nicely.-I thought these boats had great tracking and were easily maneuverable. They aren’t the fastest kayaks I’ve ever used, but for cruising and fishing they are perfect. Our first float in them we did 9 miles in just under 3 hours. That includes stopping for lunch and just chilling without paddling some.- Unlike several bargain brands these are blow molded and are only one piece with no large seam.- These come with fairly good quality paddles with 3 feathering angle options so no need to spend large sums on a paddle for now.The only things I don’t love are the feet notches. I prefer pegs, but I realize these are more durable and won’t have to be replaced.My star deduction is for the feet pegs, need for a seat cushion, and slightly reduced speed. Overall we really love these boats and are glad we purchased them.

Fantastic SOT’s

These Sit-On-Top (SOT) kayaks are great! I have been on some higher end, higher cost kayaks and these perform equally as well as they do. Shipping was free via a motor freight carrier and they were delivered earlier than the date promised. They were intact, all accessories present, and absolutely no damage to them.The price was lower than many other online and brick-and-mortar stores were.Great deal!!

Grear kyaks great deal

Love my kayaks and would say try are the perfect size for ages 10 - up. My kids get around the lake great on them and go fishing all day and stsy comfortable.

Not exactly as pictured or described

Great kayaks, but note that what was delivered to me has gone through at least one design change. The dry storage is no longer behind you, but rather between your legs, in front. I prefer storage behind me so that I have more room to put things I access more frequently in easier reach. YMMV. In any event, what was delivered doesn’t match the photo or the description.

These are great and work as expected.

not behind like in the picture (but that’s not a problem)

Took them out once. We bought plugs to take them out in the cold so we would not get soaked. They worked really well for our first time out. The dry pocket was in front of the seat, not behind like in the picture (but that’s not a problem). There were some slight imperfections, but nothing seriously wrong with them. Pretty solid kayaks for the price.

What I expected but dents probably due to being banded tightly together on both kayaks. Hopefully they will go away in time.

Great value for the money

I purchased this Tioga 2-pack from another retailer offering a special price last Christmas. We have had these out on lakes and offer the following pros and cons.
