Weird Desgn, well made.
This is weirdly designed, at least for how I use a camera bag - the bag is constructed well enough and I liked the size for a mirrorless camera BUT. The top zipper panel opens the wrong way. When the bag is on your shoulder, the top opens away from you so the opening is toward your body. That flap on the front with a quick release buckle isn’t there to quickly secure your gear when you are shooting and swapping lenses, it’s protecting a small zippered pocket. Why it needs this flap eludes me…though it is a really well protected pocket. I’ve owned a Lowepro and 3 Tamracs and none open this way. Got the bag delivered at work the other 4 people who saw it were puzzled, too. Pics of the bag online are cropped so closely you can’t really see the layout, but other product lines clearly show more traditional designs. I’ll be swapping this for a more traditional layout
Great smaller bag for Canon T5i and 2 lenses.
We store our DSLR and all it’s components in a huge backpack. we wanted something smaller to carry for sightseeing. My wife and I carried this bag for a week while we toured the German Alps. It was just large enough to fit our Canon T5i with the 55-250 mm IS lens installed. by setting the camera in at a slight angle, we were able to fit the 18-55 mm lens as well. We could not carry the 55-250mm lens and the camera if we left the 18-55 mm lens installed on the camera. It functioned perfectly for our needs, its made from rugged material and felt like it offered good protection as well. The only reason I will not give it 5 stars is the strap can get uncomfortable when carrying for hours on end. a little bit of padding on the strap and the bag would be perfect.
A great fit for the Lumix FZ-300!
Camera goes in/out very easily (the bag opens up nicely for this). Fits great, plenty of room for the strap, don’t need to take off the lens hood. Pockets inside for an extra battery and an extra SD card. Two side pockets (I use one to hold my circular polarizer in it’s case). Nicely made. Relatively small (which is good).After trying several different cases, this one was the best fit over all. Very happy with it!
good lightweight bag.
I like this bag, it is lightweight and had a strap that is a decent length. I have a Canon PowerShot SX530 HS Wi-Fi 16MP 50x Zoom Digital Camera and it fits this bag perfectly. The bag that came with the camera was too small for the camera and the strap to fit and had an obnoxiously short strap. The bag is super lightweight - even with the camera in the bag it is lightweight! The issue I do have is if you have anything in the front zipper pocket, such as the charger, the curve of the bottom makes the bad tip over and the flap on it really serves no purpose other than to cover a zipper pocket, there are no additional pockets under the flap and you cannot open the flap and take your camera out.
Great for OM-D E-M1
This is a great case for when I want to carry only my camera with one lens attached. It fits my Olympus OM-D E-M1 with Panasonic 12-35 f2.8 lens with a little room to spare. Very Nice.
Fits the Canon G3X perfectly!
I wanted a good, strong, and small case for my #2 camera, the Canon G3X (my number one camera is the amazing Canon 5D Mark IV). I did a search on the web and found mention of this LowePro. I’ve had other LowePro cases and have had good luck, so I ordered this model. My G3X fits snugly and perfectly! There was enough room for an extra memory card (I bought a 128gb SanDisk SD card in the same order), battery charger and extra battery, and the electronic viewfinder (the last two are in the side pockets).
Fits Nikon FE2 35mm SLR w/Lens
This product did not arrive with a “divider”. I have a pancake 50mm mounted with about 2”+ to spare. With such a short lens, camera body can settle to one side lower than the other a bit, albeit, well-cushioned and not prone to any other movement. I anticipate a 50⁄1.4 would fit even better. The handle is comfortably squishy. The protective surface on the bottom of the exterior is more of a pliable rubber as opposed to a plastic plate. Belt loop looks like it would accomodate a 2” width. Overall, very good quality. Made in China. Perfect to protect my camera while it’s in my regular backpack and if I attach a larger lens, say 85 no problem. 105, likely would fit, but it would be close.
Exactly what I needed.
The Lowepro Adventura SH 160 II is exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the 160 II after carefully reading the measurements of several Lowepro cases. I have a small camera, Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS100, which fits into a small case, but wanted a case that held the camera and all accessories in one convenient place. With the compartments adjusted into equal thirds, it holds the camera, extra batteries and charger, flash, USB cable, even paperwork for the camera. I looked at other cases that were less expensive, but I’m glad I went with the Lowepro for quality.
