A Classic: It just works + the price is right

Lysol is a classic and nothing beats it for, say, deodorizing indoor pet accidents, to which my senior dog has regrettably become more prone. Also great for any damp spaces prone to mold, like under a sink. I really don’t want to know about the environmental consequences, thank you, although perhaps vinegar and baking soda might be more ecologically righteous. When used sparingly, I seriously doubt I am hastening Climate Change in any significant way–plus it doesn’t take much of the stuff to do the job.When ordered as an “add-on” with Amazon Prime, this large-sized aerosol canister–which I fully expect to be good for six months–is considerably cheaper than the same size from the supermarket.No, the scent is not my absolute favorite, but fortunately it and any offending odors dissipate quickly. Despite the wall-to-wall TV ads for all the new products promising to make housework ecstatic bliss, more and more I find myself returning to the very same classics my mother and grandmother used, neither of whom was inclined to waste either time or money on anything just because it was “new and improved.“IMO, this is a product that should be under everybody’s kitchen sink, along with Borax and Bon-Ami. One place I have yielded to the environmentalists is in drastically reducing my reliance on chlorine beach (aka “Clorax”) which really does do dreadful things to ecosystems when it leaches into the ground water. Actually one so seldom really needs it. For smelly stuff, there’s a light touch of Lysol and for disinfecting, hydrogen peroxide is nearly the equal of bleach and much more gentle on fabrics, plus w/ patience it’s nearly the equal for stain-lifting.

Lysol Lavender Spray

The lavender smell is barely noticeable, which I’m grateful for. However, I think it could be just a little bit stronger. Still, I like this product a lot . It kills germs and you’re left with a delicate scent of lavender. I’ve also used Lysol lemon scent, and that is much stronger, which I found pleasant. Yet, I find this lavender pleasant,too. One of the best things is the large sized can and the low price. I hope it goes on sale again

Absolutely wonderful! Almost the exact same scent I remember in the original yellow/green cans in the 70’s. Much better than the “fresh” scents Lysol puts out now. I’ll be looking forward to using this.

Great scent and a perfect disinfectant for the home

I noticed that a majority of my household cleaners were not rated to disinfect anything and I wanted something that I could spray and forget. Well, the directions of this are simply, spray and forget to disinfect. Before going to bed I spray my childs toys, our keys, door handles, anything that we frequently touch. I make sure its saturated and when I wake up in the morning its perfectly dry and I trust the Lysol name to know that 99.99999999% of those germs have been eradicated while I was sleeping. Added this to my monthly subscribe and save order, saved 20% by adding the 5 items which makes this significantly cheaper than any other website or store near me. One can, used very often lasts just over a month.

The original scent is the BEST

I love the smell of original Lysol, but it is next to impossible to find in stores. I’ve yet to be able to find one of the scented ones that I like. This came very well packed, and delivery was next day! AMAZING customer service. My favorite, is that since this was purchase online, I don’t have to worry about how much was sprayed / wasted in the store. This is a nice sized can, well worth the price.

Kills the cat odors instead of covering them … long-time lover of Lysol!

What can I say … it still kills the smell and leave things feeling cleaner better than any other disinfectant I have ever tried. I like this fresh scent also. I’ve been using it all my life, but have been susceptible to ads on competitive products … they just don’t compare. I use it primarily for cat litter and cat smells around the house. Other products are gone in no time … this one seems to clean the air and smells in the area, not just temporarily cover them. I will keep using it.

A Deodorizing Yet Refreshing Room Spray

This is a splendid all around room spray. I find this amazing product very hygienic and yet sanitarily refreshing. It’s perfect for every room in a home or apartment. It’s not overly flowery or overpowering … really takes cooking and dookey smells both out of the kitchen and bathroom. Such a shame this fragrance isn’t available at any local stores and a tad expensive to buy it here in Amazon, but for any costly price, it’s really worth the purchase. Simply an efficient product that can aid all your in home air woes. Will reorder it again as soon as it runs dry to the very bottom and I’d recommend it to anyone who’s in need of a professional deodorizer.

Linen scent is nice, great stuff for preventing mildew in front load washers

Lysol is a must for any home. Our Mothers used it and it’s still the best thing out there for preventing mold and ugly odors in the trash cans, on shower doors, the inside of the washing machine, bowling shoes, barn boots, mop buckets and of course those germ covered door knobs and toilet flush handles. I love the Crisp Linen scent - it doesn’t have that medicinal smell of original Lysol and it fades pretty quickly.

This is a quality product. Does exactly what it is supposed to. Don’t settle for a cheaper alternative. Get this one.

Sticky situation

Worst pan I ever owned. Trying to get refund. Everything sticks no matter what I cook on it. Followed instrucyions but it has ruined my food every single time.
