Love This Scale

I love this little scale. For the price it works great and I really like that once it reaches weight it automatically goes into the Hold mode. Fits perfectly in my back pocket. The only downside of the scale is the handle which has kind of sharp edges. I do wish it were a little wider although that would make it less compact than it is. I have wrapped it with electrical tape to make it a little more easy to hold.

I’m giving a 4 star for now, until I get a chance to use it this summer. But…. This item seems to be in good quality. I pulled on it to see if I could get it to max capacity. It took some strength. The screen is nice and clear and the unit seems to be pretty durable. The sliding hang bar at the top is a nice feature, allowing to get a good grip on the handle. The chain is sturdy and gives me no worries about it breaking off. Just note, you should always tare the scale after every use. I did notice the scale numbers stick after a couple of pulls. It’s compact size makes for great storage in my tackle box. One fear I might have, is the buttons on the front might start to stick or be non responsive after an amount of time.

Ready to weigh so huge bass

I was very happy to get the Mango Spot LCD electronic Balance Digital Fishing Hook Hanging Scale. Once it arrived in the mail I couldn’t wait to use it while fishing or at least that is what I tell myself. I honestly just need another reason to go fishing because there is not enough time in the day for all of the fishing I want to do. My kids were so happy with being able to measure the size of the fish they caught and it turned into a huge competition. It was a competition on who could catch the biggest fish, then the next competition evolved into who could guess the weight the to the closest tenth of a pound. I must admit these kids were much closer than me and my guessing ability for weight was so off. I better never tell my wife how I think she ways or I might get a slap and she is a slender woman. I am so happy for this product though and never thought how much fun you could have with a scale. I would of given it 5 stars if it just had a measuring tape that came out of the side like a few other ones I saw on amazon. Who knew kids could find fun in something so simple, but like i always say happy kids make for a happy parent and a happy parent is a fun parent.I received this product at a discounted price.

Simple. Compact. Afforable. Better yet, reliable.

I bought this scale to use for weighing fish and I couldn’t ask for anything better. Its small enough to hold in my hand, yet it will hold and weigh up to 110lbs as stated. The handle on it is collapsible which makes it even more compact to store in a small pocket of my tackle bag. The LCD back light is perfect for night time as its not too bright to see at night but also bright enough to be able to read the scale if you’re reading it during the day. It can switch between common units of measurement such as grams, lbs, ounces, and kg all with just the push of a button. It can give you the surrounding temperature and its accurate to about 1-2 degrees Celsius. Overall, its an excellent, simple scale that anyone can use and at a great price too.

Fantasitic Device

So far, this is a great little device. I am actually surprised at how well it works. I thought this would be much lower quality than it is. Rarely does this happen.Now, don’t get me wrong. This is not a NASA certified scale for weighing objects going out into space. However, for casual weighing of items where tremendous accuracy is not needed, this is perfect.I would buy this again in a heartbeat

Easy to read, accurate and solidly made!

Replacing a hard-to-read spring scale, this item is a great value and works like a charm, too! It reads in an eye-friendly size, and with the swivel handle is very easy to employ on a variety of bulky items like propane tanks. Every home should have one of these!
