Bought as a training aid for my daughters summer league team, made a big impact for my 11 yr old pitcher and helped my 8 yr old with making better throws. We alternate with regulation ball so not to over do it.

Getting Ready for The Season

This is a nicely made product. I have started using it as part of a spring training regimen to strengthen my arm. I almost wish that I had a 12oz. ball to compare this to. You can definitely feel a difference when warming up with this ball before throwing the official size and weighted ball.
