The ball weights a few ounces more than a normal baseball, it is more noticeable if you have one in each hand (regular and this ball). Don’t Over Do It

Helped me get to 85 plus at 16. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone younger than 14. Don’t use weighted balls to much though or you’ll definitely hurt your rotatorcuff and elbow
