So far so good…

There are other reviews questioning the durability of the electric connections of this powerhead… I have my fingers crossed, because it is working awesome for me. I love the light, love the manual height adjustment and love the low profile. It just fits under my bed. I’ll be sure to update my review if things go south, but so far I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Should have bought this years ago…

I finally got tired of taking my original brush head apart and fixing the wiring for the umpteenth time. I can’t recommend this brush head highly enough. It is more efficient and effective than our original one and the lighting is way better (old one had flourencent). Don’t waste your time fixing the old one any longer. Just get this brush head and start enjoying vacuuming once again.

Miele seems to be a bad quality product

When I bought the Miele vacuum I expected not to buy any more vacuums for at least 5 years (as it is supposed to be a lasting vacuum) BUT to my dismay after 1 year of use the…

Broke in less than 3 years of light use.

I purchased this less than three years ago and it is used lightly 1-2 times per week. While it works well as far as cleaning, it has already broken.

Miele’s are good machines and I will never regret buying one or getting a replacement head. My biggest complaint I think is how loud this one is.

Well-made but flawed & over-engineered

After two years of weekly use, the unit started clacking when on carpet. Turns out the grooved belt had become caked with lint and dirt and would slip, hence the clacking sound.
