A wonderful quality of life

I cannot give this product a 10 star but I would if I could. Everyday, since 2006 I have used my Miele Titan Canister Vacuum faithfully. It’s literally a part of my workout regime. I have 7 cats. Yep, that’s right folks - seven gorgeous, hairy cats. I also have friends allergic to cats. This canister vacuum enables me to have dinner parties and not worry about sniffles, itchy eyes, or coughing.So why the new wand right? Because nothing lasts forever. There is a cord that runs inside the wand that was pulled lose. Not the vacuums fault but rather an overzealous husband pulling a sock out of it. This new wand looks the same, acts the same, and is loved and cared for the same.Hats off to Miele and all it’s products!!

Great Product just what i needed

I love my Miele vacuum and would never purchase any other …

I love my Miele vacuum and would never purchase any other brand however at the wand end that seats with the power head is a small plastic piece, designed to orient the leads. This piece has broken off twice, once under warranty and now again. Seems crazy that such a small part can take down such an awesome vacuum. Alas, purchasing this part is my only recourse until Miele helps us all out.

No More Miele!

The mechanism gets stuck and the wand won’t extend. Too short to use without the extension .. $120 to replace the wand.

$115 piece of crap

It broke after 5 months of use. The plastic button on that extends the wand broke off. Before it was the cord that is inside the wand.

Worked for a short time, but it has a fatal flaw

I wish I had bought this at a local shop so I could return it. This item is defective. When collapsed down, the cord inside now occludes the lumen of the wand.
