Trouble shooting steps:1.Using the Hair dryer to separate the screen when the device is off,be careful all the ribbon cable; 2.Install the new replacement lcd,also be careful all the ribbon cable 3,Check if the device could be power on before assemble the screen,if okay,then power off and tear off the protective film on the lcd and then assemble the screen.if not,release the ribbon cable and connect again. buyer should test before installing,If the touch screen doesn’t work, releasing the cable and try to connect again.Sometimes touch screen doesn’t work just due to the cable not connected well.

If this happens, please disconnect battery connector, then reconnect it again. After disassembled, You should also disconnect battery connector. Garbage used item

For $60, i imagine Mimi could send an item that isn’t used.Packaging was subpar and from the moment i took it out of the bubble-wrap, i knew it wasn’t going to be pretty.Inspecting the screen for cracks, i found a plethora of scratches and a possible crack (Oh well, lets see if it works).Half the mounting hole tabs were bent seemingly from removal of the donor iPad (It’s ok, if it works i can bend them back and use them).Plugged the screen in and tried to power it on. Nothing. (Maybe the battery is dead). Plugged it in to my computer and heard a familiar ding followed by “Would you like to sync….”. No picture, nothing.Final synopsis - “Premium Quality LCD Display” should read “Untested Used Quality LCD Display”

Gambled with it even thought there were some bad reviews.. Packaging was very good, came in a nice box, filled with double bubble wrapping (which was in a yellow bubble mailing envelope). It appeared that there were scratches or markings on it when you take it off the packaging, but that was only the protective film. After installing, it felt and looked like the original lcd.

Was very easy to install

My daughter broke her iPad screen and it was too expensive to replace it . So I came across this I was very excited. It is affordable and I could do it myself at home. I purchased the screen and arrived in a few days and I had her iPad up and running within 20 minutes. Was very easy to install. Do not receive any instructions with it you can Google YouTube videos and they will show you exactly how to install it. Now her iPad works perfectly once again. She’s very pleased with this purchase.

You get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for. I purchased this for my children’s ipad mini. It is not new and seems to have been salvaged from other minis. It has a weird brand built into the LCD. Will add pics soon. Once you put the digitizer on you cant see the scratches in the lcd. If you are just looking for a replacement and not for your primary tablet this will do. It works so far.

It’s good enough quality

It’s good enough quality, definitely not premium. Mine had scratches and numbers printed in ink on it. Rubbing alcohol removed the numbers.

Ipad Mini LCD

This product works as expected. It is shipped in like 16 rolls of bubble wrap and it’s own small box to keep it safe. It has all required adhesive and it worked perfect for the job. Make sure to connect it and check that it works before laying it in place and then take the little screen protector off of it.

Perfect

Perfect fit, no complaints what so ever. The mounting tabs were a little bent but i attribute that to shipping. People have complained of a dull look compared to the original-they probably didnt remove the protective film. I tested mine with the film on which makes it look dull.

Piece of crap

Flimsy piece of crap. Don’t waste your money. Go with a better quality product. My husband got this one thinking it was a good deal. Well, you get what you pay for. He got it all set up and assembled correctly. Now, I can’t even use my iPad. If I can even get it at the right angle to turn it on and use it, it glitches and thinks that I’m touching the screen when I’m not. Now, we’re spending more money to get a product that will actually work.
