Great glove!
Great glove. I purchased this for my 8 year old. I noticed that the glove he was using was really too small and there was no picket for the ball to land in. My husband has never played baseball and purchased that smaller glove. After my brother came to one of my son’s baseball games he said we should get my son an 11 or 12 inch glove and it would make all the difference in his fielding. My brother has coached his 14 year old son’s team since t ball, so I listened to him. Right out of the box my son took it outside with his bounce board and was able to catch 90% of the rebounded balls. He was pretty excited and loves this glove. The glove itself is soft, and will require minimal break in time. It has a great, deep pocket and the inside is comfy on the hand.We have a game tomorrow so we will see how it goes on the field!
Very soft, already broke in Glove!
Very soft glove! Already feels like it has been broke in and perfect size for my 6 year old. Fantastic glove! Very soft (no glove oil needed). Has the shock absorber, padded interior, but best of all very easy to open and close making catching easier! Great glove. Perfect size. It actually specifies on the tag of the glove for 7-8 year olds. Perfect, very nice. My son is catching much better with this glove. Fairly soft and easy to play with out of the box! Would buy again in future if ever needed to!

Its a nice glove but it was a bit smaller than I expected. I bought it for my 10 year old who is small for his size (still fits in size 8). Also, it was harder to close than I expected. I thought it would be easy to open and close the glove, but even I felt like this was not as easy as it is compared to other gloves my other kids have. I am not sure if it is because it needs to be broken in or not.

We are introducing the fun of American baseball to our young Chinese guest, a 10-year old girl. This beautiful, high-quality youth glove is a great way to start learning the basic skills of throwing and catching. We got a couple of “safety” balls to begin with that work great with the glove and we’re very happy with the look and feel and design of this glove. We hope she will enjoy it for years and pass it down through her family.

Just What Was Needed
Got it for 5 year old grandson and he loves it. The glove is perfect for his age and he uses it well. Very easy to catch with right out of the box and very light weight. I expect him to use for one year or possibly 2 but no more than that. I recommend it.

Got this glove for my six-year-old in coach pitch partway through the season and it improved his catching ability quite a bit. Comes basically broken in.
