It does what it’s supposed to do and properly regulates voltage to the battery. But the instructions I think we’re translated from Chinese to English with a computer, and I still haven’t been able to understand them fully. But I figured them out enough to get it to work.First, BE SURE TO HOOK UP LEADS TO THE BATTERY FIRST, THEN THE SOLAR PANEL NEXT! This is mentioned in the description of the unit when you bought it. Don’t ask me what will happen if you don’t do that, but I suspect bad things will happen. Then hold down the mode button until a number starts flashing and keep pushing until it lands on a work mode you want. I just left mine on 16 for general work load, on all the time, and it works.Honestly, it would be so much nicer if a “quick start guide” with illustrations anyone could understand we’re included. We’re that the case, I would have given it 5 stars as it’s very reasonably priced and seems to work fine.
I really like this. I set it up to keep a small battery for light.Safely does what it’s supposed to do.
The item came right away I connected 6 panels to it and the controller works great when the charge gets to 14.1 it stops charging.
MOHOO 30A Charge Controller 12V/24V Intelligent PWM Solar Panel Charge Controller Battery RegulatorThis product does not work. Yesterday install all and the only one that did not work is the one mentioned. It does not turn on
Too much resistance.
WORKING GOOD
comments powered by DisqusHorrible, instructions were translated from chinese to english poorly. It will not kick over to battery power after solar shuts off. All it does is charge my batteries. Whats the point if i have to manualy turn on batteries at night.
