Munchkin Shine Stainless Steel Bottle Brush & Refill Brush Head

Product Reviews

Loved it so much, I bought three

Since having my son two years go, we’ve been through many bottle brushes. There was the Dr. Brown’s Deluxe Bottle Brush, Blue, which had bristles that were too firm, and the Dr. Brown’s Bottle Brush, Blue, which had bristles that were too soft and died fairly quickly. My husband was a fan of the OXO Tot Bottle Brush with Nipple Cleaner and Stand, Pink so much so that we had one at each of our 3 sinks but I hated the stand, which would constantly fall over into the sink and have to be rescued and the bristles got very dingy, very quickly.Cut to receiving the Munchkin Shine Stainless Steel Bottle Brush & Refill Brush Head for review. So far, I LOVE it. I really like the suction stand. I also prefer the stainless steel sleek look, which matches the metallic finish of all my sinks. Because of this the bottle brushes blend into the background in a way the others we had previous tried did not. I like the weight on the bottle brush as well. It feels heavier than the ones I’ve used before but that just makes it feel more substantial not heavy. The bristles are much more like the Dr. Brown’s Deluxe and I foresee them lasting longer than the Oxo. We haven’t used the nipple brush as yet as we’re mainly using the bottle brush on sippy cups and regular dishes. But my all-time favorite thing about this bottle brush is that it comes with a second replacement head and that I can buy more replacement packs for pretty cheaply, Munchkin 2 Piece Shine Stainless Steel Bottle Brush Refills!

Would recommend, but…

Have been using bottle brushes for years for coffee mugs and water bottles and such. Decided to try and find a better one (was using the munchkin basic one) now that we are washing baby bottles all the time.Pros: This bottle washer does not have a sponge on the top which I thought I would miss but actually like because it used to get grungy really fast. the bristles are actually pretty soft but effective. I like the suction on the bottom and the overall look. So far no rust, but other products like this one have, so we will see over time how well it keeps up.Cons: when pulling out of a bottle with a smaller neck than base and than the brush the soap and water spray everywhere. When using in my kitchen sink I suction to the bottom of the sink and the spray stays there, but when using in my bathroom at night I have to keep my hand around the head of the bottle when i pull it off and it still sprays a bit making a little mess.

Handiest cleaning investment I’ve made in sometime

I used my old one so long the bristles were wearing off until I finally saw this one. I wandiestas so impressed, I bought 1 for the house and 1 for the RV. The spare brushes really seal the deal as the outer handle will last nearly indefinitely. This is the handiest brush in the arsenal os things with which to clean and it always stays in place waiting for me to use it the next time.

I Found My Favorite Bottle Brush - 4 Kids Later…

How have I not come across this item before? I really like the interchangeable brush heads and the nipple brush is made of a rubber material so you don’t have to change that out like you have to with the standard nipple brushes. It’s very modern-looking and goes well with my kitchen appliances. Love it!!

Kitchen must have

Sturdier than the plastic models and resists model longer. We are years from bottles but still use these for all kids of cups, thermos, varied dishes. It’s super handy staying right beside the sink; the suction cup is solid and doesn’t slip around.

Nice looking brush, goes well with SS sink.

I really like this bottle brush, you get an extra head for it. I would rather have gotten an extra nipple/rubber piece instead of the head as that is what wears out first. Goes nicely with my stainless steel sink.

Looks great

This looks great, suction is strong. Would’ve preferred a solid base instead of twist off accessory because I don’t really use it and it twists off sometimes, but great “non baby” looking brush.

So Stiff

Too stiff to actually get in and out of bottles. Sprays everywhere when you try to take it out a bottle. Doesn’t actually clean down to the bottom because it is completely inflexible. No nipple cleaner either.

Works well

Its good, a little short, but good. No real issues.

Best Bottlebrush on The market

This bottleBrush is great! Unlike many other models it never breaks. The attachment is easy to swap out when it’s time for a replacement.

Great product just too big

4 stars because the brush is so big that it makes a mess when you pull it out of the bottle, otherwise it’s amazing and the quality is phenomenal.

i don’t use this to wash bottles but rather as my kitchen’s main scrubber. the suction part acts as the brushes ‘station’ and lets the brush drain/dry properly.

Love that it looks good at the sink

Love that it looks good at the sink, love the suction and that it has a replaceable bottle brush.

I like the idea that you can change the head

I like the idea that you can change the head! But it can be a little softer, when I pull the head out of the bottle, water gets everywhere

Five Stars

Everyone needs one of these!

Perfection!!

I use Dr. Brown’s bottles and glass life factory bottles. This brush perfectly fits without having shove it in the bottle. I wish I would have bought this sooner!!

Five Stars

Love this brush!

Much better than the plastic version and you can get replacement heads as they wear out. Not to mention it looks way better.
