Maybe for older kids

Obviously the recommended age range is for children 8 and up. We bought for our 4 year old who loves nerf guns. He likes taking all the pieces apart. However, the magazine is VERY difficult to get out (even for me), and if it isn’t perfectly straight, the bullets get squished and then lodged in the gun. I wouldn’t buy this exact model again.READ MORE

Didn’t work

Bought for my 8 year old brothers birthday. Looked really cool and the gun had good reviews. However, it jammed up and did not work after trying it out.

Worked good in the beginning. Then a few months later the bullets jam in the barrel often.

Awesome fun. My son loved it. Bullets did occasionally become jammed, but we’ve found that to be an issue with nearly any of the pump action/automatic loading guns.
