I bought this to clock pitches at a school carnival. It worked every time. I put it on a camera tripod and the kids lined up to get the fastest pitch. Really cool. I used plastic covered soft hardballs, synthetic softballs and leather baseballs. Perfect every time.
worked for the first few times and then started randomly reading out radar even if no object tossed in front of it. Even in very controlled area. Not worth it.
Works great!
The radar does not read anywhere close to actual speed! Constantly glitches and flashes off and on. Don’t waste your money!
boys love to see how fast they can throw
Prompt and as promised. Easy to use. Fun to test speeds of pitches as well as bat speed.
My son loves this
works as expected
good product
I’m going to tell you that I’ve been using personal radar detectors for softball pitchers for close to 30 years. I love the price. I love the quality.
Would give it five stars except for the 188 molded into the face. In sunlight the 188 glows, making the actual readout difficult to decipher.
It took 1 hit with a softball and now won’t power up.
Started playing disc golf a couple weeks ago, and wanted to work on form. I thought that getting “muscle memory” would go a lot faster throwing into a net, so I got a 7’…
Got this for my ten-year-old grandson and he loves it. He uses it every day to practive his pitching, swinging the bat, and running. Seems to be very accurate.
comments powered by DisqusStill playing with this. We’ve had it for two weeks, and it seems to be pretty accurate. I am not asking for perfection, and it has delivered.
