The camera is great! I like that it came with a battery

The camera is great! I like that it came with a battery, SD card, case, neck strap, etc. I also appreciate that the owner’s manual is small enough to fit in the carrying case.

Great Camera

Great product and great service on delivery. The camera is helping me to get better close ups of birds. It has been a good weekend of photography, both wide angle and telephoto with such a nice compact camera.

I bought the camera to take on safari to Africa, and am incredibly pleased with it. The camera performed extremely well. Many of the photos required the zoom to be extended to the maximum, and even those pictures are amazingly sharp and clear (as an example, I’ve attached a photo of a White Browed Coucal taken from a considerable distance). I did not take advantage of all the functions of the camera, but the ones I did use were easy to activate, and intuitive to use, and performed exactly as intended (some of these functions included bird-watching, sports, landscape, sunrise/sunset, continuous). One of the things I was quite happy about was that the camera turns on extremely quickly – an important feature when photo opportunities can slip away in a moment.A couple of minor criticisms: 1. I had to buy a separate external battery charger. The camera comes only with a charger that plugs into the camera. I had bought extra batteries, and if you want to charge a battery while still using the camera you need an external charger (the batteries did last a very long time, though). 2. The auto-focus function works extremely well, however there are some situations where a manual focus is necessary (for example, trying to photograph a bird that is behind a twig, the auto-focus may focus on the twig, not the bird), in those cases the manual focus is rather cumbersome and not easy to use. Fortunately, because the auto-focus works so well, the number of time needing manual focus was limited.

Great so far

Great so far. Still learning all the intricacies - I’m liking the intense zoom and thus far it’s proving to be a fun and lightweight CAM for travel and around the neighborhood photo shoots. Trying to understand the movie mode as I’ve had some success by trial and error. I need to read the manual or perhaps get the book that covers details. - Stubborn male! :)

You have to get one of these. This camera is incredible.

This was a great buy and the accessories were awesome. I am still learning how to use all of the features, but so far the pictures I have taken are fabulous.
