Great Camera For DSLR Novices!
I’m not a professional photographer or videographer by any means, but was in desperate need of a simple, but good quality, digital camera for personal use, but also primarily for work. Both of my jobs require heavy social media use, and until I purchased this camera, images and videos via mobile phone was it (since the jobs were dragging their respective pairs of feet buying one for staff use).The Nikon COOLPIX L340 has far exceeded my expectations so far, and I’m glad I made the decision to go ahead and get it. While it’s a simple point, focus, zoom and shoot camera for beginners (like me), I’ve been enjoying and am having a lot of fun with it. It has definitely improved the quality of the pictures and videos shared on professional social media and media platforms. The camera isn’t too big or bulky, and is the perfect size for beginners learning how to maneuver and use DSLRs, and for travel. It also comes equipped with a camera strap.I was glad to receive all of the accessories provided in the bundle deal, which included the basics to get started: a memory card, camera bag, batteries, etc. However, I do plan on buying a better quality tripod, since the one provided is a bit flimsy…But that’s a very small and insignificant gripe. Anyway, I’m digging this camera. I included a few images I took, while playing around with and getting acclimated to it. Those there are better editing programs to use, the ViewNX 2 Nikon software (which can be downloaded for free online. at the suggestion of the manual) is also a useful editing tool.

CHEAP ACCESSORIES
Lens cap strings & neck strap do not stay on at all. Tripod is extremely small & flimsy.
