I purchased this bag after reading the customer reviews. I purchased a Nokia L830 from Best Buy (love supporting Minnesota businesses!) and I adore it. I wanted to ensure that whichever case I chose, it would properly protect my new piece of artistic technology. Well it is safe to say that I am beyond pleased. The cost was well beyond reasonable for the quality. Pockets for everything, fits my camera just perfectly. I would like to note that if you do not have the same camera model as myself, that this bag actually includes a small foam divider which stays put with the power of Velcro. You can custom adjust this bag to fit your camera snugly. As a lady who likes to carry a purse, I like the fact that there is certainly room for all sorts of goodies besides my camera and necessary accessories. This would be everything I would need for a family trip to, say, the Mall of America or Valley Fair. I am impressed with the design, materials, and overall quality. If anyone I know is in the market for a camera bag, I will absolutely recommend this exact product, from this very seller. Thanks so much!

Still Searching for the Ideal Nikon L830 Case

I think for a good percentage of Nikon L830 owners, this case is going to be too small. If you look at the picture accompanying this review, you’ll see that..yup – the camera fits.But even when you move the compartment divider all the way to the side, there’s no room for my Case Logic Sling Camera strap as you can see. I got that btw because the neck strap that comes with L830 is pitifully inadequate.You will find that you can hold your other camera knick-knacks like extra batteries and SD cards.But I couldn’t even fit the owners manual (not that I need too look at it that much :-)So you decide. if all you need is to hold you L830 and a few small items, go for it!But if need larger accessories such a sling type strap – you’ll need to go bigger. I’m still searching for the ideal case.Update as of Saturday, October 18, 2014, 04:58:34 PMI wound up going with the Case Logic SLMC-202 Compact Systems Camera Medium Kit Bag (Black).

Great camera case

I purchased this camera case for my new Nikon L830 camera to take on vacation. It was perfect in size and weight for carrying on the plane. It protected my camera from any bumps in travel and could hold any other items I needed inside the case for taking pictures.I would recommend this case to anyone looking for a new camera case.

Best camera case I’ve ever owned!

It appears a little bulky, but the extra padding protects the camera, so it’s a good trade off. Plenty of room for camera, strap and extra batteries. Fold-over front closure guarantees the camera will never spill out. Shoulder strap is very comfortable. Many small compartments for ID cards, etc. Perfect placement of zippers and plastic latches. I’ve tried to imagine a better camera case and I can’t. Fits my Nikon Coolpix L830 camera perfectly, and I love all the little extra pockets for holding things, especially the back flap–perfect for the manual.

shoulder strap loops need relocation

Loops that the Shoulder strap clips on are set too far back, so the case is always leaning forward. You HAVE to keep the front pouch snapped or else all contents will spill out while carrying the case around.

Nice bag

Small, but a perfect size with an adjustable velcro insert and many little pockets as long as you don’t have a bunch of accessories or expect to carry your lunch along with your camera.Well padded and has a shoulder strap. Zippers seem sturdy as does the entire case. Well made.

There were some reviews that said it was too small… I personally thought it was perfect. Enough room for extra batteries, the neck strap and even the manual. It was well padded so I knew that the camera was safe. All in all, I was very pleased!
