Looks great but there is no strap to tie this on your head. There is an elastic band that keeps it secure to your head, and I think it’ll probably work fine in the field.

I have only worn once and have not checked it for UV reflection, but otherwise, for the money, one of the best I’ve found. I bought both colors and am glad to have found it. I’ve had a nicer one or two, but this is comfortable and will work great. I like the small eye opening, just right and stays in place.
