actually a pretty neat tablet :)

This is the second of these tablets I’ve owned; I bricked the first one (my fault) and the one I’ve got now I’ve had for almost two months. My observations -* It performs as advertised. Performance is acceptable but this is not and never will be a gaming rig. I use mine for casual web surfing and watching the occasional video and for that it performs just fine.* Battery life is just okay. If you try to charge the device from a computer’s USB port you’ll find out in a hurry that the tablet draws more power than a USB port can provide. I use a 2.5 amp USB charger which works just fine.* The device has a single micro-USB port that can be used for data or charging but not both at the same time. I have an unpowered USB hub I attach to the device if I want to use a real mouse and keyboard.* I run Windows 10 on this one but have successfully installed Linux on one - not recommended. Driver support ain’t there with any mainstream Linux distribution and it takes a fair bit of messing around with the thing to get all the hardware working. I did get all the hardware working except the screen refused to rotate because the tablet refused to load a modesetting video driver.* Gorgeous screen. I have to run Windows at 175% magnification and some applications don’t respect that setting so some applications display really tiny text. I’ve had no problem with google chrome, firefox or any Microsoft application.* Is it worth the price? Yup - but it’s not a gaming rig and the battery isn’t gonna last six hours. I’ve never run the device flat but Windows says battery should last about 3.5 hours.

This was not what I expect. the product is really cheap and I have to keep recharging it. For the price i paid for this, it should of been 30 dollars. if you are looking to only check your email and search the web this would be a good product. Other than that I recommend you look else where.

Not Warranteed- and it needs it!

NOT WARRANTEED! Quit charging after 3 months. And BUYER BEWARE they only warranty if bought through an approved resller. NuVision can’t tell you who their approved resellers are but they seem to be able to tell me MINE isn’t covered. In the trash it goes and no more NuVision purchases for me.

Buy Something Else

Incredibly slow to simply browse the Internet or load a single web page. So under-powered it now makes sense why it sells for a fraction of what other tablets cost. I should have known better. A complete disappointment and waste of money.

Amazing value for a windows tablet. I am very happy with the purchase. Other windows tablets cost much more and they did not have all of the features as this one.

Be Wear

I purchased this product and it only worked for one and a half months. To date I have spent more time running repair programs and charging the unit than using it.All I have to say is buyer be wear Don’t spend your money.

Great Tablet offers you value for your money.

Very good tablet. The screen resolution is awesome. It’s a tablet great for taking notes, surfing the web, doing homework and playing games. However, you’ll need very good Wi-Fi connection to use it. It won’t pick up low Wi-Fi signals.

Very disappointed. The battery does not hold charge. Screen freezes a lot and music will not stream.

Horrible. Totally dead within 3 days.

Absolutely horrible! After many, many hours of Windows updates and multiple reboots, then using it for less than an hour, it’s totally dead.
