Always do the software update

I had the drone for 2 days and used it about 5 times. I was beginning to take off and the drone flew up and away. I searched for it about an hour and couldn’t find it. I got on the phone with parrot and to my surprise they decided to send me another one for free. I was told that I did not do the software update and that is the reason for the flyaway. My experience could has gone a lot worse.

Love this drone! but read my pros & cons.

THE PROS: I love Parrot Drones and they even sold me on the idea of using a smartphone to control them but this drone (Airborne Night) can be used with the Parrot Flypad and can connect without your phone! Also the headlights on this thing are the best with different setting from steady bright/dim to waves or flashing. These Airborne Night Minidrones are so easy to control and are so steady that when it’s just hovering in the air you can leave it for a bref minute or two to run to get your drink or to see who’s at the door (Not Recommended by Parrot nor me) but it’s just an example how steady these babies “usually” are.THE CONS: Now I’m not sure if it’s just me the drone or perhaps the slight wind but it seems to wabble after a few minutes unlike my other Parrot Minidrones the Rolling Spider & my Airborne Night - Maclane.

This thing is pretty sweet. We bought a bunch of these at work for the kids to program and had so much fun with it that I had to buy one myself. it’s very easy to fly and do tricks with. This is a great beginner drone. the only downside is I wish the batteries had more than 8 min of flight time. But, beggars can’t be choosers. What an excellent drone!

What an excellent drone!! Wow, even after some good reviews what sold me was my Son. He told me that Parrot makes great products and that I should give it a chance. Glad that I listened to him. The Blaze is built well, flies excellent and looks cool!! For the beginner, this is the one to get, not so much for inside(if you have the room, YES)but outside even with some light wind I had no problem learning to fly. Took it to a nearby park and Wow this is great, room to move. Even with windy conditions it performed excellent. Never really paid attention to flight time, approximately 10 minutes and maybe a little less with the led lights on.As of now I highly recommend this for everybody its fun!

Wish it worked like others I have used.

Mine is having issues maintaining a steady altitude. Not sure why but it flies up to the ceiling and crashes half the time or just lands half the time. Maybe bad sonar unit?

A must have.

Great product. Please watch some videos and also read the manual before first flight. Make sure to patch and check the flight settings. The flight setting allow you to set limits and behavior which makes it easier to learn.

Great Mini Drone

Flies great with a little adjustment to the settings. I recommend slowing it down if you are new to flying. On average I get about 8 minutes of flight time to a battery.

Great mini drone

Love the drone. Easy to control and operate using our tablet. Tricks are simple to do. Love the auto take off and landing. Even our youngsters can control the drone easily.

Fun drone; great product

Great little drone, fun to play with. Easy to fly and well built. I’ve crashed several times and it is still strong. I gave it four stars because I wish it had a better camera.
