HOW TO WEAR PERFOTEK TRIMMER BELT Waist Trimmer should only be worn during exercise for no more than 2-3 hrs at a time. Before you begin exercising, adjust your Waist Trimmer to desired position and wrap it comfortably around your abdomen. The Waist Trimmer can be worn under or over your clothing.
HOW TO WASH Before Initial use: Wipe down a Waist Trimmer with a damp cloth. Use a clean cloth to dry off Waist Trimmer or air-dry overnight. I am losing weight for vacation, and wanted to add something to my workout routines to give it that boost. When I say that the “sauna” effect is real, please listen. When this comes off, I am dripping in more sweat than normal, and I can feel the shrinking effect. I add some skin tightening cream/ hot gel and it is the perfect combination.I am 5’1, 165 lbs, and have a short torso; fits perfectly.

Big Bang for your buck
Wore this to my workout class today and I have never sweated more! When I took it off, sweat literally poured everywhere. Also doesn’t affect workout, I hardly noticed it was there. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to lose stomach fat.

Temporary Fix
Not sure if it’s really helping anything in the long run, but it makes you sweat like crazy and my stomach always looks leaner the next day after I use it!-Vanessa

Just got mine and I will say all the prior reviews are very accurate. It stays on and doesn’t roll up like other brands. And it actually makes you sweat in that area which is exact what I’m looking for. I hope to see results soon!!
Way too big!
This would be great if it wasn’t gigantic! I’m 5’0” and 130 lbs so pretty curvy, but this is way too huge. I can’t get it right enough to actually do much of anything.
