Quality Control Issue or Perhaps a Knock-off of Philips

Unfortunately, with only a couple of uses the bristles have fallen apart.Not just on one or two, but every single one; which is a total of 4.In a valiant attempt to purchase the softest toothbrush head available, I have experienced difficult results leading to a unusable product.Not sure or believe these were made officially by Philips or if they were a good knock-off.Perhaps, they were sitting for a long time in a warehouse with scorching heat.As every other Philips head I have purchased in the past have well lasted over the time prior to replacement.In my situation, what occurs is the first of the many bristles break off at the top and begin to progressively make it’s way to the middle.Leaving only half as many bristles; which causes the brushing not to be completed properly.I was unable to return; as I purchased these right before leaving the country for work and wouldn’t have made it back the US in time and didn’t bother. Nonetheless, I thought it be wise to at least warn others that not all Philips heads are created equal.If this review was helpful to you in anyway, please let me know…It’s my honest opinion and like to believe I have helped others with choosing the right products based on my own experience.

Great brush

Great product. My dental hygienist noticed a difference in my gum health and asked me if I was doing anything different. I told her about this toothbrush and she said, “Keep using it.” I am!

Nice improvement to a solid standard.

I thought I’d give these new-fangled heads a try — why not? I’m glad I did. They’re definitely different than the standard Sonicare heads, in a good way. They’re raised along the outer edge, forming a groove down the center of the brush that fits perfectly over your teeth. You can feel the difference while brushing. These buggers are digging out ALL the gunk.

My dental hygienist says “attaboy”!

I’ve tried several different brush heads for my Sonicare, and I like these BY FAR the best. My dental hygienist adds her “attaboy” as well.

They’re AWESOME! It seems like a person can spend a lot of time on Amazon looking for quality, name brand, reasonably priced replacement items. It seems like a lot of times you get cheap, knock-off products. This is not the case here, these are the real deal!

So far really like this head

So far really like this head. Makes my teeth feel cleaner. My husband prefers a different one. Hopefully these last. The Interdental ones I ordered off amazon had 2 defective out of 3. They were loud and didn’t clean/vibrate well.

I like them

For years I’ve been sticking with the original style ProResults heads that came with my Sonicare. I finally decided to try the latest and greatest heads and I like them. This head feels very comfortable in my mouth.

OEM

These are great replacement heads. Fit perfectly on my Sonicare. These work great and I love the clean feel. I will be buying these again. I prefer to use the OEM heads as to avoid quality issues.

Bristles fall out of brush heads

The bristles on the brush heads began falling out while brushig. Many times I almost swallowed the Brussels by accident as Indodnt realize they were falling out.
