Believed Counterfeit

These were purchased directly from Amazon, not a 3rd party retailer but I believe them to be fake. I suffered the same problem as found by many of the 1 star reviewers where one of the two heads makes a terrible noise when in use. So loud it isn’t usable. Both heads also have a sharp plastic on the back left over from the molding process. On my old head this molding divot was smooth. The ‘Philips Sonicare’ logo printed on the head is poorly defined and in lighter print. The metal ring in the base of my old head was pressed into a 3D shape that went up inside the head cavity. On the new one it is just a round 2D washer with sharp edges (probably the cause of the noise). The serial number etching on the metal ring is poorly defined on the new one but clear on my old one. I cannot believe these are real. Philips had no interest in investigating this and just suggested that I drop another $30 to buy some more directly from their store. Poor form Philips and possibly poor form Amazon for selling questionable products. I’d skip on these and purchase from a big box retailer. Note that the packaging looks very genuine!

WARNING: DO NOT GET IT FROM AMAZON! IT’S COUNTERFEIT!

Really unbelievable that Amazon actually sells fake/ defective product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t know about other sellers, but DO NOT GET IT DIRECTLY FROM AMAZON. LLC if you don’t want to risk this same experience that I had!!!!!!!!!Like some other customers said before, both the two brush heads that I got here make terrible noises. And after trying both of them for couple days I have figured out that they were definitely COUNTERFEIT. And for the second one, it not only makes really terrible noises, but also squirts out black dirts while using, which was entirely disgusting.I have been using the brush head replacements from Costco for a year and not any of these things happened to me. I have attached videos and pics, comparing to the genuine diamond clean brush head that I’ve got from Target.I tried talking with the Amazon customer care and someone named Michael just told me that since it’s over 30 days now (I bought it in April something) and according to Amazon’s return policy, I will never able to return it anymore. And this person kept saying “there’s nothing amazon can do” and that I can actually try contacting the manufacturer. Why should the manufacturer take the responsibility for a fake product????????Well, apparently, I will never being getting anything from Amazon any more. Even Target offers 90 days return policy. I have trusted Amazon for so long and now I know that they don’t care about their customers at all!!!!!!!

Better than the standard brush head

I like these Diamondclean Sonicare brush head’s better than the standard Sonicare brush head. The brush head itself is slightly smaller than the normal ones but to me they feel both more powerful and gentle at the same time on my teeth. It feels as though the bristles are softer but there are more of them to do the job. These a little more expensive than the 3 pack standard Sonicare brush head’s but I am going to stick with them because they feel better on my teeth.

Diamond Clean, But No Actual Diamonds Are Used

So Why Are They SO EXPENSIVE? After buying a Sonicare electric toothbrush, for the first time in my life, I have had good reports at the dentist. No cavities & minimal cleaning (scraping) makes me less nervous about those dental visits. I am not going to lie and say I like going to the dentist, but at least I am not a wreck for a week in anticipation of going. Though I love my Sonicare, I find it intensely aggravating that I have to pay MORE for a SMALLER head on my toothbrush, and that is the reason for the loss of a star. I have a very small mouth, so this smaller size is what I need in order to get to all of the back teeth with the Sonicare. These smaller heads are much harder to find in the stores and they are never offered in any of the larger “value packs” from either Philips nor the makers of the alternative, just like, use in place of, etc… toothbrush heads. So I am stuck between paying the high price financially, or paying the price in the dental chair. Guess which one I am going with.

The product is okay

First thing to complain about, the plastic casing is extremely hard to open :( Also, I found it a little bit different from what I bought from the Philip store before (the first one in the pic is my old toothbrush head). The characters on this product are vague. I’m not sure if it’s because of the different places of production or something else. Anyway, the product works well with my sonicare.

Bad brush head making noise

I bought the replacement heads recently. It came in a pack of 3. I started using one of the brush heads and in a few days the brush started making a weird shrilling noise. I thought my handle was at fault. I took out the second brush head and the noise went off. So one brush head wasted for now.

Great Seller, Great Product

Great Seller, Great Product! These replacement heads are hard to find, where I live anyway. The price was great and so was the Seller.

Just make certain that your aren’t buying a “sounds like” brush head. Only settle for the real thing

Like my subject headline read, only settle for the real “Sonicare” “Diamond Clean” brush heads.

Best Ever!

This toothbrush is my holy grail. I’m so happy to find a convenient place that sells these replacement heads.
