Stopped working after less than 1 month, but the seller refuses to accept a return after 30 days!

Replacement handle a money saver

The toothbrush handle is exactly as described and met my expectations. I’ve used this product for several months, and it is still working correctly. This handle is just what I needed since I already had brush heads and a charger. This is a unique product, because it was the only one I could find at this price without the extras I didn’t need. This product has three settings, clean, sensitive, and clean and whiten. Compared to similar products I would recommend this product if you only need the handle and not the charger. There is nothing that I disliked about this product. If you’re on the fence, buy it.

The vibration of the Sonicare toothbrush never has bothered me and I love the quad-pacer feature on this model

My prior Philips Sonicare Healthy White HX6730 toothbrush started to turn off and on spontaneously after 8 full years of constant use. I wanted to replace just the handle and Amazon had this product that exactly met my needs. It was delivered on time and the product looks just exactly as I expected, an exact match of my prior handle. I thought about buying a whole new set but it would have been twice the price of this handle. My teeth and gums feel much cleaner with this toothbrush. The vibration of the Sonicare toothbrush never has bothered me and I love the quad-pacer feature on this model. This model has 3 settings on the handle that can be chosen: Clean, Sensitive and Clean and White. I have not regretted getting this model in all the years. Additionally, when I contacted Philips customer service, they told me I will have a 2 year warranty that they are giving me on this product that I got thru Amazon. I just have to register on the Philips website. Perfect!

No warranty on this from Sonicare

Have used Sonicare products for many years. They typically last for years but this product stopped working after a little over a year. It turns out that Sonicare does not honor their standard 2 year warranties on handles alone just the full boxed sets.

Save money if you already have one or are replacing

I already had a Sonicare and the charger, so I got this for my wife as I didn’t want the whole retail deal, and saved some good money.The toothbrush is identical to my retail one, just less expensive. We buy heads in bulk now and save quite a bit

Lost usable power after 2 months of once daily use

Lost 80% of functional power after 2 months. Same bare brush from a different seller lasted about 6 months. Original brush lasted years. Don’t know what the issue is with these bare brush units but I am now 0/2 on getting $70 worth out of the purchase.

Very Disappointed!!

I purchased this item, now less than 3 months later it is not performing properly and has become loud! This is the second one i’ve purchased the first one lasted over 7 years and this one not even 3 months and I can’t return it because of their return policy is for 1 month only!!!! Very disappointed spent $60.00……..
