Head unit was scuffed up on face and screen had 2 scratches on it looks like it was previously installed but was sold as brand new bought it for a friends birthday present now I feel bad that he has to look at it every time he has to drive. EDIT Amazon took care of the problem fast and fair like always they look out for their customers

2010 corolla, buy this now!

It’s worth the money. A descent single din radio with Bluetooth will run you around 80 so why not pay a little over double and get a touch screen? It was a no brainer for me since I have the pioneer avh-270 bt in my 09 civic. I had to get avh-290 bt for my 10 corolla. It looks very nice, touch screen is responsive. The equalizer works very well for those who have sound systems. Also, if you still have your stock radio, you will notice a significant change in the speakers. The only complaint I have, is that when it’s really sunny it could be a little hard to see the screen. But I always play spotify from my phone and through Bluetooth so I’m set and I’m thinking about getting like 5” or 6” tint on the top of my front windshield. For the money you can’t go wrong, I would definitely buy it again. I already recommended it to a few friends.

So far so good it’s what I needed a nice size we put at the bottom in my Honda part of the dashboard , my son can still sneak and see it great clarity we put a switch for video on and off for the police update in about six months

Works Really Well

I really like this radio so far. I’m not into super complicated radios. I only purchase Pioneer radios these days. My last few units have lasted at least a decade each. This unit has large easy touch screen icons for men like me that have fat fingers. The EQ is easily accessible and user friendly. The unit automatically connects to my radio when I turn the vehicle on. It can get a little tricky if you use a BT earbud instead of the HU’s BT feature, because the radio wants to take precedence over the BT earbud connection. From time to time I hit the Display button instead of “track forward” button. The display button will blank the screen out. No biggie, just press it again to return to normal. I read someone complain about it like it was the end of the world. If you switch your phone’s app from let’s say, YouTube to Slacker Radio, sometimes the radio won’t pick up the song information and display it. Also very minor. I find that if you absolutely have to see this information displayed, all you have to do is hit the HU’s pause button, then play again. It will sync back up on the song title ect… But in no way does it affect the audio output from the app you are using. That continues to work just fine. I use a Droid by the way.
