Looks awesome! Works great! Was expecting a bit more speed with the i7 but it’s probably due to all the bloatware that big boxes load on their machines. Uninstalling that stuff would probably make a huge difference. One would be surprised the difference a ‘clean install’ would make to a computer. Love the accelerometer that parks the hard drive if dropped, although I hope I never need that feature. Resolution is only 720p, but under most circumstances, you wouldn’t notice the difference in 720p and 1080p. Only drawbacks I’ve noticed are that the battery is built in so it would need to be disassembled to be replaced. Same would be true if trying to upgrade/replace the RAM and hard drive as well. Overall, a great buy for the price and I don’t think you will be disappointed. There is better, but not at this price range.
Start up is slow, and only came with trial programs, but all in all it is what I needed for school. Because of the cost of the computer I did not expect to have to purchase standard programs (like word and excel). So, for the cost, start-up time, and only trial programs I have to give it a 3 star rating. However, once I turn it on and the start-up completes, it seems to run pretty quickly and it is slimmer than what I was used to.
So far I am loving this and the battery life…excellent!!
Outstanding. Easy setup. Very fast. Exceeded my expectations.
I’ve had the computer for a few weeks. It seems to work well. No complaints there. Let the buyer beware, however, regarding HP’s “customer service.” I contacted HP about a relatively minor matter, and I’ve never encountered such rudeness! The “customer service” representatives had very strong accents, which made them difficult to understand. This isn’t unusual, but the hostile attitude was unmatched by other companies, in my experience. They really didn’t want to help me, in a big way. If you think you may need customer service, avoid HP products.
Title is misleading - not a business computer.. Got my product quick enough, but it turns out there was NO BATTERY inside it. Had to ship it to HP for repair after only one day of having it. Disappointing
This computer is very sleek and looks fantastic! It is much lighter than my previous hp computer. It works very well. Meets my expectation.
Excellent laptop!
great one
Love it! This is a good buy. I love all the features and it’s a true business essential
Slower than expected.
Good product for the money..
I don’t usually go out of my way to review things but I have to give HP credit for this comp. It’s a great size, very light, incredible battery life, and is fast.
