Like fingers poking yer booty in a nice way

Love my new foam roller - my booty needed some rolling and dis thing rolled it out with more skill than willie nelson rolling out his breakfast joint. The flat part is like a psyachaedlic colored hand kneading my bootydough and the poky parts be like those pillsbury doughboy commercials when those people poked that type 2 diabetes piece of doughy sh** in the stomach.In short this thing will change dat booty for da better.

Good size and gets the job done.

Obviously this foam roller is a little tougher than the ones that are all foam. So it hurts a little more, but is fact that is kind of what it’s job is. The colors are great and the weight of it is great. It was the only one I could find on here at even a semi reasonable price.

Love this! So glad I purchased it, as it helped with my sore muscles. Takes some time to get the hang of it. It is heavy duty, with a thick rubber coating over foam (at least that’s what it feels like). I use mine on a mat/wood floor surface, and I haven’t experienced any issues with it. I store the poster card that comes with it right inside the tube, and I never have to look for it. The only issue I do have is that the bag they sent with it is too small, and the foam roller doesn’t fit inside. Not really an issue for me, as I don’t need to store it, as I usually use it every couple of days.

Works great for pain relief between massages

I have chronic lower back pain, and my massage therapist told me to get a foam roller for use between sessions. This one is excellent. Whenever I’m in pain, I lay across this and usually kind of roll back and forth to massage the area a bit. It’s typically painful because I’m in pain and it’s stretching the area, but it’s a “good pain” if that makes sense. Normally I feel somewhat better immediately after and significantly better the next day (I typically use it at night sometime before going to bed). I would recommend this to anyone with back pain, especially lower back/hip pain.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my foam roller! It has worked miracles on my calf knots. I use it after running and it really does keep my muscles from cramping or being too tight in the days to follow. I used to get really bad knots in my calves, but since I started rolling after every run, they have stopped! The different textures are very convenient too and much more effective than a smooth roller for my needs!

I absolutely love this style of foam roller and this one is so beautiful! It’s also a major bonus to come with the carrying case because I have to hide foam items from my cat (she eats them). So needless to say, I’m ecstatic about the mesh case.The foam is soft like rubber and shaped to bend and grip the skin and muscles. It massages and manipulates the soft tissues. Foam roller is still better

The lumps and nodules are totally unnecessary and don’t seem to make a difference. If anything, it makes the rolling process much less smooth, so it feels a lot less functional.
