RCA to HDMI converter box an excellent purchase

RCA to HDMI converter is an excellent purchase. It was extremely easy to install and worked perfectly as soon as hooked up. It does require an HDMI cable that is not included.This little box that cost less than $15 is allowing me to continue to use my VHS/DVD player to continue to show older VHS tapes to my grandkids.

Connect your old vcr and or dvd player to a monitor

I bought this in the hopes of replacing an old tv with a spare computer monitor. Was able to hook up a dvd player thru a vcr and then into the convertor out to the monitor. Cut the cord for cable over a decade ago. I can now watch my old movies if I cant find it on netflix.No issues hooking up. Monitor switched to the incoming signal with no issues. Looked like I was watching on a standard tv. For those that had an issue with the usb power, just buy a cheap plug like you would use for your phone and long enough cable to reach. I was lucky. Monitor had a usb hub built in. Ran a standard usb cable like a printer would use and it worked.

I have not compared the up-sampling of the picture with other similar products but it looks fine to me

Got it to route an old SD Direct TV Tuner through an HDMI hub in the RV (simulcast multiple screens).Plugged it in and it works. I’m getting the 5v it needs through the included USB cable hooked into the Sat. receiver.I have not compared the up-sampling of the picture with other similar products but it looks fine to me.

Great solution for retrogamers with hdmi inputs!

Works prefectly on my slim PS2. Allows me to play on a monitor with no issue and audio is just as well! Highly recommended for any retro gamers looking for a quick/affordable solution!

Product seemed to work fine. Now everything comes through B&W. Will exchange but this is last shot.

Not working like it was explained

It said on the frequently asked questions that it would work on n64 but does not work when I plug it in and just gives a black screen

Don’t buy it!

Product doesn’t work. I did purchase a USB block to be used, I can hear sounds and it goes in and out. It worked maybe once and it burned out, very cheap item.

Great Converter, Quite Happy

It’s been three and a half year since we replaced our TV and lost our analog video capabilities. Two minutes after opening our amazon package we were back in business.
