Very disappointed.

Zero Stars! I was looking around for a strap that would work to hold our tv to the wall mount in our RV. This is only a strap and has no fasteners. It describes it as including two thumb locks, but it does not. I returned the first and they sent me a second and it doesn’t have the locks either. Ten dollars for a strap with no way to fasten it is too steep for me. The second one is being returned as well. Very disappointed.
