The Red Rock Outdoor Gear 5 Piece Ghillie Suit is the hunting industry’s standard for ghillie suits. It’s three dimensional camouflage construction gives it an edge over all camouflage clothing. The jacket has a snap closure front and an elastic waist band making it suitable for layering clothing. The pants are drawstring and elastic in the waist which offers a wide range of comfort and sizing. The pants also include snap closures on the outer seam of the pant near the ankle to cover boots easily. The hood covers the entire head and neck; it is also adjustable with a drawstring chin strap. The gun wrap has elastic and a drawstring which allows it to cover an average size shotgun or rifle. The entire Ghillie Suit fits into the included stuff sack. Very affordable, but requires a lot of untangling. Overall, I’m happy with it though.
Upon receiving this Ghillie Suit, and taking it out of the box, don’t freak out when you see it for the first time. Yes, it looks terrible at first. After a couple hours of untangling all the knots though, it looks a lot better. You can see the pre and post tangling pictures attached to this review. When I say a couple hours, I do mean a couple hours…if not several hours. It’s not fun, but the suit is cheap… so it’s a trade off.
Rocked it for Outdoor Paintball!
Was a huge success for paintballing out in the woods! Surprising, it wasn’t as heavy/hot as I expected. The liner is a breathable mesh material which was great for the heat! It does catch on bushes easily though lol
but not the best on the market
You get what you pay for on this one. Had to spend hours separating the strands and they are not real thick in places so a bit thin. Works for what it is I guess, but not the best on the market.

My son and love this suit. My son wore it for Halloween. We recieved so many compliments from security guards to police officers to teachers . Everyone was talking about his costume. The adults enjoyed the suit more then the kids . Excellent costume ! my son loved being center of attention .
Good for what it is designed to do.
I purchased this for my husband when he goes hunting. This is his review on it. It is not bad for the design. It comes in a small box and you remove it from the package. Now for the prep work. There is 3 different colors and you will need to separate the clumps of the colors that Re sewed on. Be careful and not to pull on the strings because of the wat that they are sewed on. I have several strings that had pulled through and reattached or tied them back onto place. It is a basic early spring to early fall ghille suit so you will have to add your own surroundings to it. Easy to take care of and easy to store.
It’s good
Came a little matted, but over all looks and fits well. I bought this for turkey hunting, but I was so busy I withered through the whole season. It’ll get a bigger test next year or maybe deer season. But mainly I just want to pretend to be a sniper. Hahaha.
Worth it for the price
Bought this for my 14 year old for Halloween. He’s 5’9” and weighs 135 lbs. fits slightly big but that’s how you want it. Could definitely use more strings in certain areas but overall it looks great!
CHEAPLY MADE AND SUBSTANDARD
I didn’t purchase this ghillie from Amazon but apparently the company I purchased it from did because it arrived in an Amazon box with the usual Amazon paperwork inside.

Worth every penny, but you’ll need some time to make it look right. Pull apart all the strings and add vegetation from your area to the suit to be as blended in as possible.

Hide like a sniper
Probably pretty decent suit for the money, but I haven’t put it side by side with an expensive one. The strings are a little thin, but the coverage seems adequate.

Very good quality for what I paid and the size chart seems to fit true to size. However, when we put it on the strings seem to pull out kind of easily.
