This camera case is for those occasions when you are not willing to be burdened by extra lenses and much of other stuff. When you just feel inspired by a perfect day, or walking your dog, heading for a family outing, or… the list of such moments is limitless. The bag allows multiple ways of carrying it around. If you wear it sling style or on shoulder you will enjoy comfort of meshed and cushioned shoulder pad. You can also fix the bag on your belt for even freer movements. After all, you can just grab it on top handle. Its hard to imagine that someone can use this option for shooting, but it definitely is useful when you only need to move the bag for a few yards. In all the above approaches, the most protruding part of the bag is its bottom. That is why it is reinforced and extra padded in this bag. The whole case is reasonably padded on all 360 degrees, but we put special efforts to protect lens.

Great case lightweight and water repellent

Great case lightweight and water repellent. My son used this on a hike and it fit his camera and the 55-200 lens, they got caught in a rainstorm and it protected the camera. it attached easily to his backpack and it made it easier to bring his camera along on the hike.

but very functional and the base is sturdy for it to stand on its own

fits my t5i + 135mm lens just right….. just wish it had a couple of small zip pockets on the outside or inside to put a few nick nacks…. but very functional and the base is sturdy for it to stand on its own….like it.
