OMNIA OVEN + BAKING RACK The Omnia Oven performs beautifully on gas burners because you can control heat intensity and duration so well. Omnia cooking & baking on electric burners works well enough – but not great – when you do not require precise heat control. The Omnia oven does not work on an induction cooktop (even when using an induction interface disk). An excellent thermometer is available on Amazon: Maverick OT-3 BBQ Kitchen Thermometer. Custom-fit parchment paper rounds for non-stick baking (up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit) on the rack will be available on Amazon by the end of August. Silicone round and rectangular baking cups – both mini- and full-size – work very well, too. Starter recipe book included. Facebook : Omnia Stovetop Cooking.
Love the oven. I have baked twice in it will out camping. Easy clean up… get the paper inserts.. They make clean up quicker
I purchased this 5 years ago and we love it ! You have to follow the directions and it will work great. I have it on our boat and use a butane stove. I have made cinnamon rolls, pizza, eggs, birthday cakes and more. Costly but when your space is limited its perfect.
It was so great to be able to baked cookies, biscuits and cinnamon rolls while camping. So easy! Just don’t let your food touch the metal middle nor the sides and you’ll have a great meal.
