This is the card that works with the Samsung 8 inch tab a. It’s for storage of photos and documents. You can’t store programs on this card because they cannot be moved there and they apparently are not designed to work from an external memory card. So this card will not solve your bloat ware problem, which is why I bought it. The card itself does seat itself properly, and the tablet recognized it, so the card itself is fine. The 16gb tablet is the problem because of all the bloat ware that cannot be removed.

First class sd memory, I would not buy really any others. I think this is my 4th one with zero failures. I recommend this.
