Samsung Evo Mb-sp64d 64 Gb Secure Digital Extended Capacity (sdxc) - 50 Mbps Read - 25 Mbps Write1 Pack
Samsung 64GB EVO SDXC UHS 1 - Class 10 Memory Card (MB-SP64D/AM)
I purchased 2 of these and 3 of the same model in the 16G version. One of the 64G has failed after several months. Since purchasing it, it was left installed in my Samsung tablet, so there is no reason the contacts should have issues, and no issues from handling. The folders/files on the card vanish from the tablet, but will appear with occasional reboots, then soon be unavailable again. I can re-format the card with the tablet, and though it gives no errors, the card is not actually re-formated. Trying to re-format the card with Windows power shell utilities, as well as the official SD organization’s formatting tool, results in discovering the card is “read only” and can not be changed. I will try to get Samsung to replace it, not sure how that will go, or if it is worth the hassle. There were many complaints about the 64G version of this card on Samsungs website, which I did not look at before buying. All data I had on the card was backed up, so no loss there. I usually have only good luck with Samsung devices…
bought 3 of these for my S5 phones. worked for about 10 or 11 months then All 3 went bad. samnung had me format the 3 cards and that lasted about 3 months. again the phone said corrupted SD card. the ass _ _ _ _ s at samsung said the cards are fully warranted if you will jump through loops to get a $35 card replaced. then they just got stupid. I told them to F off and will never buy your CRAP AGAIN AND WORKING ON GETTING RID OF ALL samsung products in my house. samsung has a million excuses to NOT replace there crap. Just like their exploding phones. denied and would admit they build crap. Amazon tryed to help me out but could not get samsung to do anything good. George B
I’ve stopped buying 32GB SDHC cards and instead am now buying 64GB SDXC cards. Why? Because the price has dropped to where one 64 GB card is less than the cost of two 32 GB cards by a significant margin these days.I’m using this Samsung with a D7100 and am pleased with the results. I did buy this card on sale and would not hesitate to buy this card again.
Doesn’t work for what I wanted or ordered. I received a Micro SDXC version w/adapter, that had the UPC label altered to reflect that the item was the larger standard size SD card.
The card works like a charm. Records LOTS of photos/videos and transfers them to the computer very quickly. Very pleased!!I have been an active member of Amazon for quite some time and myself rely heavily on reviews provided by others when making a decision as to whether or not to purchase an item–whether that purchase be one that I am making through Amazon or another source (such as a local store); therefore, I am very aware of the value of user feedback and do my best to assist others in making a quality decision by providing quality feedback. Was this review helpful to you? If so, I would very much appreciate it if you would rate this review accordingly. Many thanks!
good product
Good quality and works as expected..
Great item! I first ordered a Sandisk Ultra 64GB which would not format well with any of my devices. After much deliberation, I pulled the trigger and ordered the Samsung EVO 64 GB SDXC (normal SD size, not micro), which works so well! It’s missing a star since the write-speed is a bit slow for some tasks. Overall, it’s a great card and well worth it!
good card, got it on sale and hold lots of pictures and videos of family.
Fast delivery and holds plenty of pics!
Happy Shopper
Threw an error on my camera and wasn’t usable, wouldn’t show up on my laptop or my desktop with an SD card reader.
As advertised.
It was what I expected and works as expected.
No issues so far. Works fine.
I received it on time and as described
