GREAT ADHESION PROCESS and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had desk top and laptop computers in the past that did not require screen protectors. Then I got smart phones and a Kindle Fire HD. I decided to protect all the screens from the beginning and used a rather stiff kind of clear plastic with a sticky coating on the back. The process was not terrible but also not as easy as I had hoped. I have also repeated the process several times over the years of use. Recently I bought a Samsung Galaxy tablet and could not remember the name of the screen protectors used in the past since it had been a few years. Going to my favorite shopping site, Amazon, I discovered the IQ Shields and the concept surrounding how to apply them. After cleaning your hands well, you spray a liquid from a small misting bottle (included) on fingers and the sticky back of the screen protector before applying it the tablet. I loved the process. It allowed me to easily slide the screen protector around until it was in place. However, I did have a small problem that was MY MISTAKE. I used TOO much of the mist on my fingers before misting the shield. So it would have been even easlier with more for the protector. The company has a great video with easy step by step instructions. They also have a great customer service. I called and suggested that maybe 2 bottles was needed or a slightly larger bottle because I thought I needed just a little liquid even though. The problem was I sprayed too much on my fingers before going too the shield. She even offered to send another bottle but suggested waiting a few days. Just be sure to watch their video and follow the directions exactly. They certainly have my future business.
Did not work as advertised
This was horrible; I followed the instructions step-by-step and read them three times before putting the screen protector in place. No matter how wet I made it I could not get the protector to slide on the screen so I could put it in place. It kept sticking as soon as it made contact with the screen. I return this item.
Easy to use, durable.
I have used these products for a long time and they have always be easy to Install if I follow the directions. I have two cats so I also close myself in the bathroom and run the shower on hot to keep fur from floating around me.

Great if one is not using Pen!
I found myself having to press harder on the screen to get the Pen to work correctly. Especially being that its presure sensitive. If pen not being used look no futher than this.
Total waste of money
I found it impossible to install without bubbles. Bubbles did not disappear even after several days and had to rip it off since it looked ugly.Total waste of money!

Kinda makes a “film” on the screen, but you can only tell at an extreme angle and does not affect screen visibility. Pleased with this purchase.
