Love Sandisk

Are people still buying these? Guess so, lol. I bought this 6 years ago, but never got around to leaving a review. Well, I still have it and it still works! But I’m just using it as a back up archive for some old computer files. Technology has come a long way since then, and I’m not sure why anyone would want to buy a class 2 card. I use these cards mainly for my cameras, and today’s digital cameras need class 10. I also don’t bother with something as small as 4 GB these days. Photo files are huge. SanDisk is a great brand though, I always buy their products and never have any trouble with them. This is an okay product, but why not spend a few extra bucks and get the newest fastest version. I waffled between giving it 3 or 4 stars… ended up giving it 4 because that’s probably what I would have given it when new. Nowadays it would be a 3 because there are newer better Sandisk SDHC cards available.

The 4GB disk was exactly what I needed to get my Garmin GPS to download all of North America. Without the disk, I was only able to access a percentage of the American states.

It does not format for any of the cameras I own (5). The only camera it will work for is my daughter’s. Not a good item to buy.
