32GB is the largest that works with the D300

The 32GB size works in my D300 (non-S version). Gives me 1500 RAW pics (estimated). Seems to read and write fine up to 6fps. I will amend my review later should any usability issues arise.I wanted to post this review because I know some other folks still have a D300 but want a high capacity card. I did find an article from sandisk confirming that Nikon never released support for any CF card size greater than 32GB, so 32 is as high as you can go. Not really a problem, I can’t imagine needing more than 1500 RAW images. Do you?

Really fast on Canon 7D

I bought this while it was on sale over Christmas and man am I glad I did! It’s got a great capacity and it’s really, really fast. Next time these go on sale I’ll probably pick up one or two more just to have spares.

Works perfect on my d300,

Works perfect on my d300, full nef files I got 1.1K images.write speed is fine no issues at all on the d300this is also the max size my d300 will use..Great value great company good card..

I was afraid when I was looking for a CF card because there are a lot of reviews out there claiming that these ruin your files.The good news is, this memory didn’t ruin any of my files and I’ve done a couple of shootings so… I guess it’s okay.Plus, let me save you hours of reading: I read all of the reviews from every CF memory out there, and this item came up with the best results.

My Go-To Memory Card

As a professional photographer, I want products that I can trust so I always go to ScanDisk for my memory cards. This CF card has acted as my backup card for many sessions - weddings, events, headshots, family photos, you name it! I am always pleased with its functionality and capacity.The package was easy to open and I was able to start using it right away. I do format all of my memory cards before use, but other than that there was nothing else needed. These cards work great in any form and I will definitely buy them again!

A great card, but not for everyone

Extreme 64gb, and all the extreme line are fantastic but just barely don’t live up to the extreme pro series. I own the 64gb which I got as a part of a bundle however I only use it when I’m doing portraiture or anything more slow moving. The 5dmkiii has a nice buffer but for action you really need that extreme pro series to avoid constant buffer issues. Overall though if you had to choose between a 32gb extreme pro and the 64gb extreme and action was not a requirement for you - get the 64gb card for the extra room overall.

Amazon Saved the Day

I bought this for a Pentax Optio. The original SD card only had a fraction of storage space. I wanted to use this camera’s 3D stereoscope feature on vacation and did not want to run out of room. I couldn’t find an SD card that would fit my older camera anywhere in town so I tried Amazon.The shots taken with the camera get saved and processed faster with this memory card, and there is no concern on filling up the storage. Completely satisfied with this purchase.

Always have problems with speed and lost files

EXTREMELY disappointed, and apparently am unable to return it

I photographed an entire wedding on this card and was never able to access ANY of the photos. This was the first time I used the card!
