High quality Anderson Power Connectors

These are exactly as were depicted in the photo and a very high quality too.It is not only very important to read the reviews but to also review the company that is selling the products.I recently ordered some connectors and terminals from another company through amazon DataAlchemy.They falsely advertised their product and the connectors were not of the quality of these that I received from Anderson Power Products.I am very satisfied with these items and this company along with Amazon for promoting such a fine company as this.

Modern, genderless

My portable RV solar panel featured these modern genderless connectors, and I bought some to make a battery bank pigtail and an extension cord. You can torch-solder the cables in without crimping. You don’t even have to give second thought about polarity when connecting. The only quibble is the amount of force required to separate these 50A-rated connectors. You’ll need a prying tool to get them apart. But clearly, I did not need 50A capability for a 10A solar panel. I suspect that lower-current versions are available.

Nice quality connection.

Easy to assemble. I had 6 gauge thick strand wire. I used it to make a Disconnect for the battery on my camper. It’s a half size version of the common forklift battery connection.

The Real Deal

Genuine Anderson DC power connectors.A lot of APC UPSs use these & they’re largely idiot-proof and reliable.You will need a good crimper for the terminals.They are also great for a lot of DIY setups where you need high current and an easy disconnect.

These work Awesome. I use these for quick connectors in my cars to plug in an inverter when needed, and also have them mounted on my battery charger, and a permemant cable in the grille with one of these. I can just plug in the charger, no messing with opening the hood, no messing with alligator clips. Just plug and go.

Great product.

I rebuilt my golf cart charging cable with these. I also modified my charger to allow standard battery cables to be switched for boat battery use. Great for high current applications. I bought 5 or 6.

Secure connections and a great seller to boot.

I was hesitant about making connections with these, but once you did one, the rest were easy. The hardest part is crimping the 6 ga connectors.

Confusing as to which way spades go. No instructions. Not a very secure feeling connection when plugging into golf cart. Requires wiggling it around to get it to go in.(hehe).
