Easy to attach and remove for storing or switching

Fit your scotty mount track.You can permanently mount it on your Kayak if you so desire, but will limit the versatility of the mount. With the scotty track it makes a perfect pair and you have a great number of accessories to choose from. Easy to attach and remove for storing or switching.

Bought two of these to mount rod holders on my …

Bought two of these to mount rod holders on my kayak. One works as it should but the other was difficult to get it to release. Now after a few months of use the release mechanism doesn’t work at all on the one. I’ll see what the warranty options are with Scotty. These are decent mounts if you’re not going to be moving them a lot in the track but if you want to move them regularly, they can be a bit of a pain.

Good quality

Bought this with the rod holder. Great combo if you have the track for it which I do on my Kayak. Easy on/off and adjusting location. Would recommend.

Easy to use track mount

This works great with a track to mount a Scotty rod holder. Once you have it tightened to the track you twist the collar to unlock it for repositioning the rod holder or removing it. You can also easily unscrew from the track for storage / repositioning.

Great kayak accessory

Love the versatility of this adapter. Being able to adjust the location on the track really helps vary the position of your rod holder or GoPro. Excellent addition to any kayak.

Really like these. Seem very sturdy. Rod holders lock in and out with a twist and stay secure. Have not tried other Scotty products yet but these are a winner

Great product for track systems

These work great in my Yak-track - I use them to hold cameras, rod holders and small down riggers. Good product for those with track systems. If I were starting from scratch with my mounting systems I would have gone with RAM but I already own a TON of Scotty products and my new boat has a track in it…

Good but pricey
