Works like a charm
I put it in my Note8 and loaded it up with pictures and videos and it works like a charm. Its less expensive than the others (I wouldn’t say “Cheaper”) so it is a good deal.

PROS–Shipped and sold by Amazon–Lifetime warranty when registered with Silicon Power–Passes FakeFlashTest (Quick)–Comes preformatted as exFat–Currently the largest microsd capacity on the market–Inexpensive when you consider cost of other higher end 256GB cards–Dollar to GB ratio is close to or on par with current prices of higher end 128GB cardsCONS–Speeds are not as great as advertised when checked in CrystalDiskMark (I figured ~20MB/s for write speed, but did not expect as low as 40MB/s read).–First card bricked on me when doing a full format in windows 10 (as opposed to doing a “Quick Format”)…. Lesson learned, ALWAYS QUICK FORMAT THIS DEVICE IN WINDOWS.OTHER THOUGHTS–Amazon was quick to issue a replacement for my bricked card. Seriously, they’re amazing. They made the process as painless as possible.–Speeds are perfectly fine for my application: inside a hacked PS Vita 3G console equipped with Yifan Lu’s psvsd 2.1 adapter. I do not anticipate ever taking it out (which is precisely why the read/write speeds are good enough)… At least, not until something larger comes along. ;)
Excellent 256GB MicroSDXC
I have a couple of SP 2TB external hard drives that work great with my laptop, and this little 256GB sdxc works perfectly in my Moto G5 Plus. I’m becoming a big fan of Silicon Power.
