Memory expansion slot on the mid-2012 MacBook Pro

This little chip is just what I needed to rearrange my drive on the mac. It is a solid performer and I am glad to have it.

Really just a memory card

But it works well!

Did not fit my 15” MacBook Pro (Retina Display)

I am rating this product based on the fact that it was misleading. I purchased this intending to expand my memory on my 15” MacBook Pro (Retina Display) - which the listing stated it would fit the respective laptop, but it definitely did not fit into the slot. Luckily my sibling has a 13” MacBook and it works as expected.
