Don’t waste your money! Cheap, cheap, cheap plastic!

I was really excited to get this rack. Most of the reviews were positive, and it looked like a great product. I was wrong! First off, despite ordering Amazon Prime, I was told shipping would take three extra days. Then the day it was supposed to arrive, I was informed that they were out of stock, and they didn’t know when it would be restocked. (Did I still want it? Well, yes!) Then I finally received it, and I was incredibly disappointed. It’s made out of the cheapest, flimsiest plastic one could imagine. It’s like a $5 device given how cheap the plastic and manufacturing it is. I should have read the one and two-star reviews. Don’t waste your money! Had the manufacturer put a little money into making a decent quality rack, this could be very handy!

Great use of space!

We are storing snowboards on this rack, and it’s working very well to help us make efficient use of an odd-sided length of wall space in our garage. Installation was quite efficient, even though we couldn’t line the racks up with a stud. (I highly recommend toggle bolts instead of regular drywall anchors if you can’t mount either one of the rack sides into a stud.) The only downside to this rack is that it’s not quite deep enough for every board; measure your boards’ widths before you buy. My husband has a ginormous snowboard that just barely fits comfortably, but his Freebord does not fit (the wheel base is too wide). Overall, though – a very effective simple solution and a great use of space!

Get your boards off the floor and store them

For the money this works great. Note that that the holders are plastic so it’s not strong enough for a kid to attempt pull-ups on or anything like that. Perfect though and aesthetically looks really cool with all the boards stored on it.

Product arrived as expected. I would suggest making a template to help with product installation. Also, since skate boards fit on the rack upside down, I don’t have to look at the “art” on the underside of the board. If the boards are upside down then you may have an easier time with installation, if the wheels are the same width as the wall studs.

Good idea but wish this was made of something stronger …

Good idea but wish this was made of something stronger than plastic and had more than three places for equipment. I feel like one good hit with a skateboard and it would break but so far it’s holding it’s own. Needed 4 screws to hang this on the wall and came with two. Rip sticks and skateboards fit great but our scooters never get folded up so they are still on the garage floor.

Not to shabby! Works Great! Easy Install

Does as it requires. Nothing special or severe. 4 wall screws and 4 fat, white, plastic anchors for drywall supplied (if needed). Brackets are made of plastic, but stable. Note: easy enough to install that I had my 13 yr old son install it himself with a leveler, philips screwdriver nub, and a little guidance. He did end up braking the tips of two of the anchors because he tried using a electric drill with phillips screw bit. Luckily I was able to save the broken anchors (back half) and rescrew them in the existing grooves! LOL….What can I say, kids got to get the experience. I have 1 longboard (bottom shelf), a skateboard (middle shelf), and a penny board (flipped upside on top shelf because the space between the two brackets are set to the space to fit between the standard skateboard trucks, the median of the three boards). Bike helmet, bike chain, and 2 jump ropes also hang between the holes just like the picture! The mounting brackets were packaged in just a plastic bag, but was placed in a bigger box because I also ordered two Allen Bike Wall Mounts. All three mounts look great on the wall!!! Oh yeah, comes with instructions and a sticker.

Easy to install and durable

Easy to install and standing up well to regular use. We installed this rack right underneath the metal surfboard/snowboard rack and it is working out really well. Tidied up the garage nicely.

great for organizing the garage

This looks great in my garage and really keeps my son’s boards from falling all over the garage. It is made of plastic and seems flimsy, but it was easy to put up and works really well.
