I use this camcorder primarily to record youth football games from the press box. I was worried at first about the quality of the videos because of my need to use the zoom feature so frequently. I was more than satisfied when I took the camera home after the first game and plugged it into my tv. The picture was clear and I unlike some reviews on here I was not unsatisfied with the sound.The battery that comes with this bundle lasts me a little over 2 hours which is exactly what I needed. More than satisfied with the purchase.

Great value

Excellent product for the price. Tripod is worthless, but otherwise a great combination. Video’s are crystal clear and indoor audio is fine. Other reviews looked concerning in regards to audio, but for in-house family use its great.

Feels almost too light to be a solid product. Accessories aren’t the best quality but all perform well after a few months of use. Camera is a surprisingly good performer for the cost and feel of it. Purchased for mostly family use and it works great for that.

Amazing picture and easy to use!

Incredibly light-weight and durable; great pictures and video. Whether we were Ziplining, on a speed boat or just walking through the forest, it took amazing pics and video and was super/convenient to carry and use.

I am very pleased so far. I have two other Sony camcorders; an 8mm tape and a disk. They were both excellent cameras in their day, but this one with the micro SD card is so much more convenient and user friendly

Worth it.

Been some months since I purchased this. And it has worked perfectly for my needs. Mostly indoor videos. Quick and set on a tripod. Nothing fancy. But the audio and video quality are great. And this product is as advertised. I highly recommend.

i love taking photos and video, and i previously had a sony camcorder. and missed it dearly. i paid $350 for my old sony camcorder well over 10 years ago. it still works. the only reason i got another camera, was my old sony camcorder driver would no longer be recognized on newer laptops, so i was forced to get something else. i got a pocket camera with dslr capabilities. the camera was another brand. i was always pleased with video, photos, and loved the dlsr capabilities for the $130 price i paid rather than $1300 or higher for that type of performance. but with that being said, it was not a sony camcorder. i am glad i purchased this sony bundle. camera alone is well worth the price! everything else i consider free. but we all know how much a battery can be, let alone a sony battery, we all know how much a camera bag can be, we all know how much an extra sd card can be let alone a sony, and we all know how much a mini tri-pod can be, and all of the following were included: extra battery, love the bag, came with sony sd card, mini tripod, everything else is throw in. knew right away out of the bag and started recording, that i really missed my sony! for the price, this takes tremendous video and photos. the timing was great because i was able to test photos and video on the very rare blue moon that appeared 7/30/15. as far as the comments on “focus”, i have had no trouble, everything came as stated in description. i am including a photo maybe not the most professional, but this was taken right out of the box on thursday night 7/30/15. if you are still not sure about the purchase, look up this sony on youtube reviews and this made my decision easy. and if you need instructions how to use it, once again, use youtube as a guide.

Airsoft scope cam. Good quality for the price

So far this is living up to my expectations. Good zoom, and more importantly, good video quality is retained while zoomed. Functionality is relatively straight forward. Extra batteries can be found relatively cheap here on amazon. I use this as a scope camera for making airsoft videos. This camera works well for this application because of the high frame rate, good zoom quality, and light weight.

The camera works OK. It’s nothing special. However it’s a hassle to try and transfer pics/movies to my computer and the function for moving them to my smartphone doesn’t work AT…
