If you play LPs, this is a must, uncleansed records loses sound quality and prematurely wear down your very expensive stylus. Does not harm your thirty year old records as well as new ones..Beats using Dawn or other safe soap. Like with anything else taking care of your albums will have you playing them for decades.

Whole system not required
This is a great cleaning solution for your vinyl album needs. It is made for the Spin Clean album cleaning system, but it also works on its own. Dilluted with distilled water, this wetting agent will help clean dirt deep down in album grooves. Make sure to use a micro fiber cloth or cleaning brush like the Nitty Gritty.
